Well no, because roleplay is NOT real life. Just because it's immoral doesn't mean you can't do it. People are fully allowed to rp morally questionable nations (like me) as they don't equal real life or what I actually believe in. You just can't rp n*zis, full on facists, confederates, or killing children. There's more I think but those are the main ones. You can fight back IC but you can't say it never happened because it doesn't break any rp rules in the region. People can rp (basically, you know the no-no's) whatever they want including evil dystopian nations or people who don't care about human rights as long as it's not one of the things I've listed.

and to make this clear, I'm not supporting what HS is doing in any way, but the rules allow it
