1. You must have a good reason to declare war. If you declare war on someone for land or power, then that will not be accepted and you will be kicked.
2. No killing civilians. You cannot kill civilians as they are not participating. You may only kill soldiers.
3. No war crimes. War crimes are WAY too harsh and they usually end up into atrocities and massacres.
4. We must all work together. If we do not work together, there will be no unity and if there's no unity, then everything will go into shambles
It will not just be about Crimea but about other nations too.
