With the mounting pressure mostly internationally but a little bit domestically the Linkers Shan Grand Duchy Governor General Bacharuddin Jusuf Habibie have reluctantly decide to organize a vote in Ilu Iwin a region / city ? "acquired" by Linkers Sha from Quiameth for the people of Ilu Iwin to decide several options / proposal provided by the Linkers Shan Regional Government / state being the one listed below : -Do you accept the proposed integration for Ilu Iwin within the Grand Duchy of Linkers Sha ? -Do you accept the proposed integration for Ilu Iwin back into the Kingdom of Quiameth ? -Do you accept the proposal of Ilu Iwin re-joining back into Quiameth but at a later date when the people of Ilu Iwin feel Quiameth is more safe, prosperous and stable in which another vote will take place in Ilu Iwin to decide at that date ? -Do you accept the proposal of making Ilu Iwin an independent nation / state ? Note : the proposal in the ballot will be translated into the local language, Linkers Sha and Russia and the Vote will take place somewhere in July That said the decision has been controversial in Linkers Sha to say the least with even Governor General Bacharuddin Jusuf Habibie being against and annoyed by the vote although he said it is an un-avoidable option for Ilu Iwin due to Pressure for it on the other side of the spectrum is the Linkers Shan Regional Armed / Defense Force which was to say the least enraged by the decision although General Suharto expressed his annoyance to the media loudly saying that Ilu Iwin is a strategic assets for Linkers Sha but said the RA/DF soldiers in Ilu Iwin wont intervene / influence the vote but hope the people of Ilu Iwin remember who have provided their security, food and other amenities for months now. Where in it several dozens BMP-2MDs and T-72B1MS engine have been roared to life from storage although still not done yet as the maintenance and supposed tank crews of still active Linkers Shan tanks in Ilu Iwin are busy checking the systems of the vehicles before at night semi trailers in the base roll out to the streets carrying Several BMP-2MDs heading for the Ilu Iwin-Quiameth border when once there they are waiting for the Quiamethian counterparts to took it although they try to give it to the Quiamethian Armed Forces and if they meet Rikardist paramilitary forces said they will get it in the future but at the moment its for the armed forces of Quiameth for the fight against the rebels. They also said to any representative of the Quiamethian Armed Forces that the T-72B1MS will come later and this is the first batch of revived BMP-2MDs later one will come at a much later date what also have been delivered to the Quiamethian Armed Forces and not at a later date is several hundred to thousands of weapons mostly small arms such as AKMs, RPDs, RPKs, and several hundred thousands of boxes full of 7.62x39mms ammunition that have been kept in storage in Linkers Sha for a while just in case of possible Lettonian invasion of Linkers Sha but moved to Ilu Iwin for "unknown reasons" and their cleaning kits plus spare parts, fuel and ammunition for the Armored vehicles. Sure Several Linkers Shan Defense companies also released publicly that shipments of outdated T-54/55s and T-62s tanks from Central indo would arrive in Linkers Sha to be modernized and re-activated for unknown reasons for the companies don't care for as long they are getting payed to modernize the vehicles. The companies also with the Linkers Shan Military and Grand Duchy government have reported to entered first stages of negotiations with their Central Indo counterparts for possible License production of the Brahmos Supersonic Anti Ship missile in Central indo.
