The game identifies resolutions by an ID number. (The same resolution ID variable is shared between the GA and SC. repealid=100 shows SC#18, which was repealed.) So [resolutions= [(GAresolutions + SCresolutions)-1] (GA #1 is assigned repealid=0) So when the game looks for the resolution that I want to repeal, it can't find a resolution with an ID of 1000 and shows that.
