NOTING the lack of personal, civil and political freedom upheld by the tyrannical regime of Francisco Rabata and the National Communist Party,

REALIZING that said lack of freedom will always lead to capitalistic degeneracy,

KNOWING that the only true way to the Workingman's freedom is through the worker himself, and no Red Bureaucracy,

ACKNOWLEDGING the swift and undeniable devolution of California into a State Capitalist Regime,

THE CALIGRAD SYNDICATE OF WORKERS IN COLLABORATION WITH THE LIBERTARIAN SOCIALIST MILITIA HEREBY DECLARES THE OCCUPATION OF CALIGRAD CITY TO BE PUT UNDER DIRECT WORKER CONTROL

An Ultimatum with the following conditions will be the only way to advert worker revolt. Should the State comply with the following demands, the occupation will end. If not, the worker will show his might:

1. The devolution of cities into worker-controlled syndicates

2. The establishment of a National Union of Labor to protect worker rights

3. The immediate transfer of all government and private assets into the hands of the national Union of Labor

4. The destruction of a centralized economy in favor of a Confederation of Syndicates or Unions

5. The establishment of Worker Oversight Committees and direct democracy in all Unions and Syndicates

6. The destruction of the position of Premier in favor of a Syndicate Congress of Representatives that will act as a limited power minarchist state.

7. The establishment of measures to protect civil, political and speech rights.

8. The ability for all citizens to own firearms.

9. The destruction of the federal military in favor of Worker Militias.

10. The ability for any able citizen to enlist in said militias, but no conscription required.

IF SAID DEMANDS ARE NOT MET TO ESTABLISH A SOCIETY OF LIBERTY FOR THE WORKER, THE WORKER WILL NOT COMPLY FOR WORK!
