Soooooooooooooo.................. I have given some thought to making the Assembly representative and have remembered why I didn't do it in the first place; basically it is a pain in the *ss to try and legislate for. Here is my attempt - and I am very open to suggestions that guarantee we meet the seven nations required etc etc. We will only know how effective it is the next time we do an Assembly election. We may wish to legislate an early election to test it?

b) Assembly seats will be awarded proportionally to the result of the election (vote percentage of the seven seats, then rounded to the nearest whole number) c) Independent Candidates may not stand, as they would self-enforce a peak of 1 seat for that candidate d) If a party can not provide enough MPs for their voter share, the party leader must either:
