And by the way, precedent doesn't go so far in legislative branches like it does in the judiciary. Your overall hope of attempting to stifle creativity and interest in legislative politics for the region will do nothing in the long run, especially if and when you're no longer Chairman.

This is sad. Let's see what have I done that is the worst crime of humanity and a "very selfish act": I put your bill to debate, which was waiting for a lot of time, nobody debates, I put it to vote and I vote nay for some whatever reasons I have. WOW! I should be arrested immedeatly! And about that, precedent might not be the best word, I meant to say to discourage their writing for a period of time. If you proposed this bill some months later, I would definetly support it. Just the moment is pretty tricky especially that the Senate lost a lot of time doing nothing and has only started activity for a week now. I know my wording choice is pretty poor, my english is really bad, but I hope you get the point now
