Gentleman,

It is with respect and dignity that I contact you knowing how strong our two regions once were. Since our friendship began through embassies and you being a member of the MAC I look upon you with respect.

Unfortunately with the passing of your founder and both our regions declining in nations I ask if you would be interested in combining our regions into one.

Please consider this option as it will make us strong again and help defend helpless invaded regions.
