In Canada, we use a simple "Cheers!" or "À ta santé!"
In Hyukai, we say "Kurscha!", which translates to "Cheers!"

You don't say 'calice de tabernak' in Canada? I heard that somewhere recently

We say “Saúde” (Health) or “À nossa” (To our… probably a shortening of To our health). Or “Tchim tchim”, as the sound of glasses hitting. Common addition is “Com a direita é penálti” (With the right [hand] it’s penalty (drinking the whole thing in one sip) when there is someone grabbing the glass with the right hand.

Hmm, not that I've heard of it but I'm pretty sure they are some sort of Quebec French profanity

Ok, so I'm just trying to flesh out some internal conflicts mentioned on a previous rmb post.
So there are 3 currently:
1967-1972 Turzak War: 5 year long clash between Turzak and local (somewhat xenophobic) militia. The Mishian army only intervenes to contain the fighting and stop civilian casualties.
1980-1983: Troubles-esque small conflicts and clashes between the same two factions as the Turzak war. Except this time the Mishian army does get involved and goes after everyone. This one is less expansive and damaging than the first one.
1990-1991 Imgradian Civil War: The Mishian army steps in after a coup in Imgradia attempting to restore the previous government.

Yes, I've got it all, but I am looking at subtle cool details, like condecorations, medals and so on. I'm trying to get this "so on" from examples around you guys

If you're interested in having foreign participants in any of those conflicts, let me know. This seems like a nice oportunity to collaborate further

Why don't you design some decorations yourself? You're good at this kind of thing

I actually did design some, I'm still making some more so I can post it on my military factbook

Hintuwan could probably send volunteers to the '83 war, if ever. Contact me on this if you want to collaborate.

The Norse-Gael Royaume of Nouvel Acadie

Hello everybody! I'm hoping this region works for me, because I've almost run out of hope...

I have been playing NS for 15 years. I am an active Role-Player, who used to be involved in multiple permutations of the Sovereign Charter (SC). I love in-character RPs, with solid character and story-line development. In the SC, we used to write RPs that were novel-worthy (I swear, we had some of the best writers in NS!) But people moved on, and new folks moved in who were more interested in bs on discord and godmodding nonsense than storyline development. (That sounds awful negative doesn't it?! But I actually feel some loss over the end of an era...)

Anyhow...Nouvel Acadie is a tenuous confederacy of four different cultures (French Creole, Norse, Gaelic, and Sqoán) that came together after a ruinous civil war that destroyed the Troisieme Royaume de Nouvel Acadie, a former sprawling, monarch-led empire.

On a personal level, I am a retired teacher and current writer, who also is an officer in the US Coast Guard Auxiliary. I own a small farm in Vermont (US), where we produce walnuts, berries, apples, mushrooms, poultry, maple syrup, and honey, and home-brew mead, hard cider, and beer.

Welcome to the region, I hope that you’ll like it here as well! Your nation concept seems very interesting, and we happen to have many different francophone, norse, and even Gaelic nations that I’m sure would love to work with you. Just be sure to read the rules in the WFE and apply for a spot on the map, and if you have any questions please ask here, I and many other region members would love to assist!
