For too long, The Maximilliat and it's past ancestors such as the Zorrisican Kingdom and the Monarkiariat, have watched from the sideline in the notion of East Osean affairs and missed out on establishing meaningful relations with it's continental neighbors; our geography isolating us from the interior, only residing on the very eastern coast of the nation, and past government's inflexible, grim isolationism.

Over the last 40 years since the Revolution, the nation has been transformed to a beacon of Maximilliat Totalisocialism, where the government reign's over all and guarantees peace, equality-and-equity, stability, and the avowed freedom of the people. Whether you accept our ideology and way of life is not of concern to us, but moreover that you're willing to give The Maximilliat a chance. Conflict is the evil b*stard of humanity, and we have outgrown the time of petty scuffling into an age where diplomacy and coexistence must persist as we face threats such as the 'Imperial Realm of Gothgraff and Lilium' which threatens the security and sovereignty of every state in the East Osean Sphere.

We ask of you something ultimately miniscule and effortless; to establish cordial relations with The Maximilliat. The Giracción Council is ready to establish foreign embassies with full diplomatic rights and immunity in the Maximilliat capital of Rosatiago in exchange for one in yours home country. With this lackluster first step, we pace towards a united front; a united East Osea.

NOTE OF CONDEMNATION TO THE BERKIAN REPUBLIC

I, Claudio Herozzi del Perdón, chosen by the people to be the chairman of the Signores Consella, hereby condemn the actions of Third 3rd Skyclan republic towards the nations that compose the East Osean region, such as The maximilliat, Gothgraff and Lilium and Eternal Dominion. We must advise you, East Osean nations, that the Verusan nations aren't, in any form, agreeing with what the Berkians are saying about any of you.

We are ashamed that a self proclaimed sovereign state from our region can have such a disrespectful treatment to those nations. Speaking for the Valsnuriyan City States, I ask that you take on consideration our actions of condemning the Berkian government. Also, to the ruler of the Berkians, we say: grow up kiddo and take the responsibility from your precipitate actions.
