Since Evrigenis has diplomatic ties with both the Krionik and Didysis Vilnius, news about the near-war travels quickly. The cause—a cybersecurity breach—catches Nicolas Danto’s attention. Evrigenis has long specialized in software and electronics, and the Krionik would be a strong foreign market. He composes the following message.

FROM: Ministry of Trade, Evrigenis 

The Krionik seems to be in want of a update for its internal communications systems. Evrigenis is renowned for its secure, modern technology. The Krionik may be interested in our software and electronics.

Backstory:
Artemis’s life was tragically altered when she sustained an injury in her childhood years, her parent’s car crashed and she was half crushed by her mother's seat when the car went off the edge of a bridge one of her legs was broken, and she was knocked unconscious. She came through, though but could never really participate in many activities at school, so she dropped out at the age of thirteen and slowly became depressed and sadistic, inflicting serious harm on others. At the age of 15, she was taken into a mental hospital and stayed there for three months, before she pushed her doctor out of the window and ran away ashamed, she wasn’t seen again for eight months and in that time she became muscular and strong. Many cases of missing citizens were led back to her, and she was arrested. She killed the police, and decided to turn to the dark side of town, Artemis started a criminal organization called D.E.M.O.N standing for, Darkness, Elimination, Murder, Oppressive, Nefarious.
Over the next few years, the organization D.E.M.O.N became very successful, Her second in command a retired military officer called John Curt was probably her closest friend ever. She runs D.E.M.O.N to this day, many attempts have been made on her life by the authorities. None have been successful. She took out Snakehead and now has run their operations for more than two years.
The authorities have had many investigations quietly sabotaged investigating Artemis.
In the span of one month, Artemis stroud gained the amount of 1.2 billion American dollars. And the amount gained per month is going up by .1 billion a month.

Tools/ Devices:
She carries around with her all the time a small Mac-11 machine pistol in a holster within a few centimetres of her hands, she also carries a Ka-Bar Combat Kukri Knife, for close encounters.
Into the field, she carries three M67 grenades and a Dragunov sniper rifle.
She wears a kevlar and titanium vest to minimise bullet damage., and a knife proof vest. Occasionally she wears a helmet the DLP Tactical ImpaX Pro MICH.
A sniper shot though would severely damage Artemis. But most other guns would only do blunt knock like being hit with a baseball bat.
Squad members:
Artemis’s squad consists of 2 others, Artemis is the assassin, her seconder john curt is the assault, carrying heavy armour and an AAI CAWS (Close Assault Weapon System) Prototype Assault Shotgun. Tyler smoke is her marksman, carrying a Draganov sniper rifle and a Glock 30-SF. Sarah orlands is the specialist, carrying only traps and a Glock 43.

Artemis’s favourite gun is the Dragunov sniper rifle. The Dragunov sniper rifle is a semi-automatic sniper/designated marksman rifle chambered in 7.62×54mmR.

Martial arts she knows:
Jujitsu.

Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
Judo.
Karate.

Her pets: Chi-yoku, a Nekojin [cat-person], lives at her constantly moving house.
Lurcat, her trustworthy dog, goes everywhere with Artemis.

Nemesis Rogue Gnash, A short, spiky-haired mad scientist wears a white lab coat and makes weapons for anyone who pays. He helped her start D.E.M.O.N, then Artemis found out that he had been supplying bio-weapons to the government to use against her and her team, she tried to kill him but failed, Rogue Gnash got away. And has been waging war on her ever since, by feeding the government info and weapons to use against, D.E.M.O.N.

Facts: she draws others life force in a ritual, killing them but allowing her to live longer as she kills them she says “Domne magister tenebris Audi me et iube Haec perferri. Hunc ego Tibi vitam meam, et, si quid ego unquam ego conteram enim vovit, ut percussus intereat.”

She had files in Interpol at the age of 14,
Artemis kills for fun. And for money.
The government has secretly paid her to kill many of their enemies but are still trying to kill her.
