The Holy See is God's voice to the world, we only do as he commands. Although our church may be his to control, the world is ours, and our holy lord wishes to see it that way. He has entrusted us to see to the removal of corrupt persons, and the preservation of democracy for all!

So from what I've seen, I appear to be the only nation that could reasonably be used as evidence of the Corruption Finders' claims, given that:

1. We are one of the most secular nations in Europe
2. We are one of the least democratic nations in Europe
3. We are quite corrupt, more corrupt than the Corruption Finders

I appear to merely be the exception here as far as I know right now, and not the norm.

I think it's more because now, since the british don't have any "colonies" per say, the commonwealth is more of a way for english speaking nations to get together. However, i don't really know why they would come in
