It’s a queue stuffer, never seriously intended to pass - the region has a founder and Liberations have no effect on founder imposed passwords.

No, this and Condemn Suspicious which is next in the queue, is aimed at delaying Liberate The Mystical Council as the authors of both proposals are heavily involved in the raid there.

It’s an interesting and legitimate tactic from raiders.

Defenders have put a big focus on the SC side recently, and it's nice to see some tactics coming out of the other side.

There are a minority of Defenders who seem to be reclaiming the title of “moralistic”, something the game, and this is a game, could do without.

Most of these "moralists" are also extremely toxic and hypocritical. I'm enjoying seeing raiding finally rebounding.

Ah yes. The Moralists. Defender and FRA leader Sir lans said I was single-handedly 'killing the game' in 2008. Looks like the game is still here to me.

A supposed "non-moralist defender" said I was 'irrelevent to NS' while my father was on his deathbed. A rather toxic thing to say to a fellow player and former ally, don't you think? But he got a SC Commendation for being such a wonderful defender. (IMO, What a jerk!) I haven't been on the NS forums since then. I certainly wouldn't help defenders after that crap.
