ARTICLE - XXII, SECTION - TWO Formation of the Council A governing body known as "Ardonii Council" has been established in accordance to article - XXII, to serve the purpose of passing and regulating, laws and legislations for the country as a whole. The council comprises of ministers from varying fields of interests relevant to the nation. This joint group of ministers, including president, are responsible for passing all legislations from henceforth. Structure of the Council The council at it's core consist of seven major ministers, listed below. Minister of Economy and Trade(MET)  The current serving minister of economy and trade is Mrs. Emmeline Eichel. This Ministry has influence over matters regarding economy, financial stability of country, trade, economic output and market growth. Current status- There are total 4 ministers working under MET,
Minister of Defense(MD) The current serving minister of Defense is Mr. Anicetus Junianus. This Ministry has influence over matters regarding National Safety, Armed forces including Army, Navy, Air Force, Space Force and Cyber Force and Arms Industry. Current status- Minister of Environment and Wildlife(MEW) The current serving minister of Environment and Wildlife is Mrs. Silvana Pugliesi. This Ministry has influence over matters regarding Environmental Beauty, Weather, Pollution Control and Wildlife. Current status- Minister of Education and Scientific Advancement(MESA) The current serving minister of Education and Scientific Advancement is Mrs. Imai Masuyo. This Ministry has influence over matters regarding Education, Intelligence of citizens and Scientific advancement of nation. Current status- There are total 2 ministers working under MESA,
Minister of Internal Affairs(MIA) The current serving minister of Internal Affairs is Mr. Twedwr Lloyd. This Ministry has influence over matters regarding well-being of citizens, providing important services and improving quality of life. Current status- There are a whopping total of 6 ministers working under MIA,
Minister of Foreign Affairs(MFA) The current serving minister of Foreign Affairs is Mr. Anupam Subramaniam. This Ministry has influence over matters regarding relations with other nations, managing the world organizations like WA and making Ardonii heard on the world stage. Current status- Minister of Law Enforcement and Order(MLO) The current serving minister of Law Enforcement and Order is Mr. Kendrick Clayton. This Ministry has influence over matters regarding maintaining order within the nation, decreasing crime rates and safety of citizens. Current status- Independent Ministers Beside these seven core ministers, the council consists of another group of ministers known as "Independent Ministers" whose purpose are to help the council and provide the valuable support the council needs.To be noted that these ministers doesn't serve any of the core minister rather they serve the council itself. It consists of the following-
President The final and the most important member of Ardonii is the president. The current serving president of Ardonii is Achillean Nestoris, a native Ardonian. Every Legislation needs to be confirmed by the president before being passed in the nation. The president is the only member of the Council who has power to use WMDs. However if 2-3rd of the Council are against the president then the president's power can be ruled out, thus ensuring that the nation doesn't fall to a Dictatorship. Working of the Council Whenever a issue will raised or a legislation needs to passed, a council meeting will be called in order to determine the best possible way to deal with topic. However all the members of the Council don't have equal say on the topic, the influence of the members on the topic is decided on the basis of how close the topic is relevant to their respective Ministries. For example- if a issue is raised whether or not to ban car, then the Minister of Economy will have a great influence on the Decision taken simultaneously the Minister of Environment. However other Ministries like Minister of Art and similar ministers will not to be able to influence the Decision as it's not relevant to their respective fields. The final decision then would be decided by the president and if half of council (this time including all the 7 core ministers and 4 Independent Ministers) agree then the legislation will be passed. Benefits of this kind of governing body is that the members who actually have knowledge and experience are able to take decisions under the guidance of the president. | |
