I'm well too, on a push at work as a project winds down. Also it's too hot in Sydney at the moment for my tastes, spring and all that.

Lol I couldn’t even imagine life as Congressperson! Some pros and cons there, but definitely thinking behind the scenes is a better spot.

How hot is spring in Sydney? Happy to finally have the fall weather here in DC after the always oppressive summer heat.

It's approaching 30C/86F here. Not exactly oppressive but it's a bit to get used to after an unusually cool winter.

Lol yeah I mean politics has always been an interest, so I guess it’s not too surprising I ended up in DC. Totally feel that same way about NationStates. Know so many people only as a fictional country and not really anything about them.

86F isn’t too terrible, but get what you mean about the temp changes. We’ll have occasional times here where it swings from 70F one day to 45F the next, and it’s pretty brutal.

The kicker about the DC summer is really the humidity. 90F is bad, but it’s the 95% humidity that makes it unbearable. They aren’t kidding when they call it a swamp haha.
