As long as you haven't made any of your defenses for them then yeah their abandoned, your coasts are icy and all that but not uninhabitable meaning they can be taken, wrong you had your troops cross the border meaning that they were gone by the time we got there, and go ahead stop posting because you didn't specify your defenses which is important when being the defender and cause you got way over your head.
