Inside The Mausoleum of President Nguyễn Trần Hoàng Anh,

Two Jinyiwei Guardsmen are patrolling the Mausoleum. Suddenly, there is a strange sentence engraved on the wall behind the statue. It says: “In the darkest days of the Fatherland, I shall return once and for all”

“Hey dude. Who the heck wrote this?”

“I have no idea. It may be a vision. Or foretelling. Or a joke.”

Two days later, the rumor about the resurrection of the national hero – President Nguyễn Trần Hoàng Anh starts spreading to the corners of the Imperium. Optimists think that the glory of the Imperium will return when the nation is now in political stagnation though the economy is still improving. But now the economic growth is slowing down too. Pessimists are worried about the risk of a civil war or invasion. But up to now, nothing is sure about that.

In the Premier’s Office, Nguyễn Tuấn Dũng is now extremely worried when the rumor gets to the Office. He knows that if the rumor becomes true, he will die. Then he calls Ryan Huang

“Hey Ryan. You got the news yet?”

“Yeah I got that. That dictator will return after nearly five centuries???”

“I don’t know. But I feel that our plan must be done quick before anything can stop us”

“Call Khả Yến. We then must complete the plan of overthrowing them”

“Okay I see”

Then Tuấn Dũng and Khả Yến discusses the plan with others. Finally, they got the plan. Then, Tuấn Dũng sends a letter to E-304 with this content:

“Good morning Mr Huỳnh Châu Thiện, Leader of the Radicalist faction of Combined Communes of Syndicalia

I am Nguyễn Tuấn Dũng, the Premier of the Galactic Socialist of Greater Vietnam, also the Leader of the Liberal faction of Grossvietnam.

Today I want to announce you about my upcoming plan to overthrow the Imperium. After days of discussion, we have successfully reached the solution of overthrowing the Grossvietnamese government. And we divide it into 12 steps:

Step 1: install our people into the Grossvietnamese People’s Army, Church of Three Divines and General Security and Intelligence Committee

Step 2: form alliance with planetary commanders (who are also governors) who are dissatisfied with the government

Step 3: use our people to force the military commanders to follow us.

Step 4: isolate the loyalist forces from each other and from the GHQ in Saigon

Step 5: isolate New Sol system (the capitol system) from other star systems

Step 6: Assassinate the General Secretary of Communist Party and stir up the internal system of the Party

Step 7: Initiate riots, rebellions in border systems.

Step 8: Ignite violence in the interior systems.

Step 9: Draw attention of loyalist forces to the borders

Step 10: Open the Xenos Walls and Qủy Môn Quan

Step 11: Use the Webway to conduct sieges on New Sol

Step 12: After New Sol falls, the Imperium will follow. And we win. We will be overlord of new nations.

From step 1 to step 5, we are doing it right now. From step 6 to step 10, we will do it in 2nd August, 1 month before the Independence Day. And on the Independence Day, step 11 begins. The first riots will occur in Thailand – the most rebellious member state of Grossvietnam.

And when we open the Qủy Môn Quan and Xenos Walls, we also expect external help from you and Davia. When your forces arrive at the Qủy Môn Quan, we will have informants to help you pass and enter Grossvietnam safely. Then your forces may join the assault on Saigon by the Webway.

E-304 secretly copies and transfers to the Primarch after receiving the letter with a warning: “Primarch, be careful. They are about to take action. Call in the Imperial Guard Terminators”. The Terminators of the Imperial Guard is a department of assassins, executioners who are responsible for terminating extremely dangerous targets – rebel leaders, large mafia lords, corrupt politicians or even enemy political leaders.
