Even if you could have alliances with 17 nations, I would not believe that you managed to get Alger, NUSSR, Essi, NWE, AC, Euri, Voli, NM, TMI, Wersh, Vult, Shav, IMF, Nieveland, Arkan, Lanorth and yourself on the same team. Heck, Voli doesn't even play NS anymore.
