Unfortunately, it seemed as if terrorists had seen Eurovision in Freiheitsstadt as a perfect opportunity to strike.
The Black Foot struck again, and a tragedy occurred as a bombing of Freiheitsstadt saw the Eurovision concert in Freiheitsstadt postponed and most likely cancelled due to the terroristic events. Many citizens, competitors and foreigners alike stood for a minute of silence to respect the 12 people who were reportedly killed in the event.
Another shocking headline reported a failed attempt on Phönix Uorden’s life, while he was still in a coma. While Phönix was defenseless, the hospital was not, and the criminal was apprehended. Maksov commented on this, saying “This injustice shall not be allowed to stand. Whoever tries to hurt my people alike will face a harsh punishment, much like the criminal over here who will be receiving the death penalty for attempting to murder one of Liberza’s greatest political figures.”
These terrorist events saw the Eurovision move to Proletarska’s capital in Cestin so Liberza could work on different things.
Maksov sent telegrams to UFROE and Proletarska, saying:
