I love peace:)

Not so far really. I want to try them. Sci Fi is not an easy genre to get into if one isn't familiar with it. But I remember, I have read The Cyberiad short stories by Stanisław Lem.

Hello. I decided Peace was the best place for this puppet.

Just for amusement: currently The Most Pacifist in Peace

But the stats are secondary, as we've all chosen this region. :)

And I'd like to propose a conversation topic: Right Livelihood Award.
What do you think of it? Any recipients you find especially noteworthy?

I decided that this region was the best for my country because of certain reasons I wasn't making it in my old one. The most recent happening was when I refused to send my military to another country for "peacekeeping" and instead sent the small portion of aid money I could spare, resulting in my being labeled the "cheapskate" of my region. I decided to search out new regions who had similar goals for their country and others - peace and love achieved through civil rights and care for the environment.

Thank you for the compliment. I really enjoy designing flags on this site for all of my various nations.

I like your flag, too. I have it in one of my collections:

Delights the eye and stirs the imagination? Nice. :)

The illustration is not mine, it's Ilon Wikland's cover to Astrid Lindgren's book The Brothers Lionheart. It's one of her darker stories, with themes of ethics and violence and non-violence, hypocrisy, loss and betrayal, death and courage, issues which already children are confronted with and make decisions on. Nangijala is a fantasy setting, but the themes transcend place and time. Don't read the Wikipedia article before reading the book; major plot spoilers.

Here's the book cover with the two brothers:

Sounds like quite an interesting read. I enjoy youthful fantasy stories, and really any children's literature that can also be aimed at adults. I will be adding it to my reading list :)

And thanks for the tip, my next stop was going to be the wiki article for the book.
