Organized crime in Anercia is practically non-existent, save be for a few worker gangs and trade syndicates masquerading as legitimate co-ops, and as harm-reduction measures and decriminalization/legalization of some popular narcotics disrupting the normal structure of the black market. The largest syndicates are the wharf gangs and Shipping Unions, as they provide smuggling routes to other countries, compounding it is Anercian Foreign policy of free trade with other nations, smuggling even more in foreign markets. But the sudden economic recovery the nation is experiencing and proactive government, makes any semblance of organized crime difficult to grow. Unless you are the government.

As a man who knows people, people who have whatever anyone wants, he and his rolodex of contacts will form the biggest cartel Anercia has ever seen. Il Duce and President Mikhal made a plan to funnel money into the ALSP, with Anercia accruing debt at an alarming pace to fund his many projects, he does not simply have the money in treasury or the party to fund future elections. This plan was to align all major criminal elements to the state and form a state-owned cartel to export narcotics into other countries.

At the head of the business is Il Duce himself, with the President unofficially his boss, and five Warlords to the Valesord Cartel. All from each region of Anercia, as those will become their territory to produce and distribute. The 'Warlord System' will have them immune from the law, but forced to work with law enforcement unofficially to maintain stability on both sides of the law. Based in Valesord, the Valesord Cartel was now in true force, beginning their smuggling operations of narcotics into all of Anerican trade partners.

The recent influx of narcotics into the GMR seems to have been on the lower side with hardcore narcotics and higher with safer narcotics especially weed, the weed seems to be sold to hospitals, medical centers and medical stores for medicinal purposes and to old dragon faith groups and areas for their religious purposes. GMR has largely turned a blind eye to the drug influx due to it being more helpful with the recent medical marijuana shortages. Though GMR has also been getting word from unknown sources of people who have bought heroin, cocaine, meth and more hardcore drugs and has started paying the informers for the information.

A new company by the name Valesord Medicine has started selling Weed to government owned hospitals, pharmacies and old dragon faith groups. The company is reluctant to open a facility or a headquarters in the nation.

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Drakonarian Ambassador to Savonir and former co-chair of the Draconian Socialist Party Central Committee on the charges of seditious conspiracy and treason against the government and people of Drakonaris.

The ambassador was recalled a week ago following rumors that they were seeking backers abroad for an opposition faction to challenge the DSP but yesterday a message was sent to the Premier publicly refusing the recall and denouncing the party.

The Commissariat for Foreign Affairs has transmitted a letter from Premier Poole and the DSP Central Committee formally requesting the return of the rogue ambassador from Savonir as well as urging all Drakonarian allies and protectorates (Jesrurix Greater military rule Elybia Emhain ablach) to be vigilant against anyone from Drakonaris or abroad appearing to spread slanderous lies against or stir up sentiment in opposition of our legitimate government and glorious Draconian Socialist Party.

the news has come up as the two of the suspects that were connected to the military jet crash are investigated, the Drakonaris immigrant is found to have come from an abusive household and had only critizised how the government didnt to anything at all even when it was happening publicly and knowingly but is shown to have been a loyal member of DSP before immigrating to the GMR.

The woman with dual citizenship is investigated and is found to have a secret right wing internet blog where she goes by the name Black Dragon and posts pictures, videos and blogs calling for the death and overthrowing of GMR and Drakonaris governments and for them to be replaced by ultranationalists. GMR Secret Service gives the info to Drakonaris and notifies the general public of her being wanted and readies multiple swat teams and special forces of possible places she could be hiding in GMR due to her possible recent activities. GMR has also started investigating current and incoming Drakonaris immigrants to spot, stop, arrest and return rebels and possible terrorists to Drakonaris.

They have declared that a caretaker government will be put in place until a formal war crimes tribunal can be held and urged all citizens to go about their business as order will be maintained.

An ultimatum has been sent to the King and Queen of Elybia asking them to temporarily abdicate until this matter can be resolved and promising no harm will come to either them or the Elybian people if they comply.

The REA and SEF gave their support to the Drakonarian-backed transitional government by mustering an army to occupy the capital. 100,000 Strong, heavily armed soldiers of the Red Elybian Army poured into city with the use of trucks, previously provided by the anercian government during the war. General Tannerly personally met with the new head of the government.

The general and his staff now take up residence in the palace sending out communiques to all localities in Elybia and Elysium to let them know of the change in government. A date for the tribunal has not yet been determined but a statement by the General suggests that all parties prepare their evidence for the trial and urges all citizens or soldiers who have any reports concerning the actions of the Elybian Monarchy during the civil war to come forward.

In response, thousands of elybians starts protesting, demanding that the royal family is put back into power. If their demands isn't met, they threaten to use scorched earth policy to burn down all of elybia and its occupiers

Following the conclusion of an agreement between the Monarchy, the Drakonarian Military Government and SEF leadership the king and queen have been released and restored to power with the following conditions: The total demilitarization of Elybia and the absorption of the Elybian Royal Army into the Drakonarian Protectorate Army, the creation of a council comprised of 2 representatives from each of the 3 factions with power to veto the actions of the monarchy and propose actions of their own, the transfer of 4,000 tones of gold to Anercia.

As per the agreement with jesrurix, elybia sends jesrurix 4000 tonnes of gold and agree to send governmental funding to the rea and the sef

An agreement has just been concluded between the Democratic Republic of Drakonaris and Briven.
The terms of the treaty are as follows
I. The United Kingdom of Briven hereby pledges to lower tariffs on Drakonarian pharmaceuticals and information technology and allow for easy imports and sale of these goods to both government and corporate buyers
II. The Democratic Republic of Drakonaris hereby pledges to lower tariffs on Brivenish manufactured appliances and foodstuffs allowing Brivenish companies limited access to operate independently within Drakonaris so long as they abide by labor environmental and all other normal regulations which Drakonarian state owned industry must abide by.
III. Both states hereby pledge that all military forces of their nations and those under their protection shall not interrupt commerce or civilian traffic so long as such trade is not actively assisting enemies which are acting in opposition to the states interests.
IV. The United Kingdom of Briven pledges to lower any existing barriers to Brivenish citizens traveling to Drakonaris as tourists and shall allow the operation of Drakonarian airlines within Brivenish airports.
V. This treaty shall remain in force for a period of 10 years and may be renewed for an additional 10 years should both parties agree.

The Democratic Republic of Drakonaris and Greater military rule are pleased to announce the beginning of a joint research venture investigating safer and eco friendly ways to mine and exploit rare metals and ways to artificially make rare metals to reduce the cost of the mining and eco damage caused from the mining. The expenses for this research shall be shared between the two nations and rights to the discoveries that this venture creates shall be exclusively shared between these two nations for a period of 10 years. An ambassador from Drakonaris accompanied by an honor guard of soldiers from among the protectorate army head into Elysium sent by the commissariat for foreign affairs to open diplomatic relations between Elysium and Drakonaris. They bear no weapons except for the ceremonial spears and swords of an honor guard.

I know recent events have put a strain on relations between our two peoples but it is our sincerest hope that with time and understanding from both sides we can move past our disagreements and have cooperation or at least coexistence. Now onto business."

The ambassador does his best to ignore the tension in the room between the Elysium official and his honor guard as he presents a letter to the official

The government and people of Drakonaris await your response" he says now stepping back to stand with his honor guard who seem to have relaxed seeing there is no eminent threat to the ambassadors safety.

Queen Goldia told her delegates that jesrurix must be put on trial for committing war crimes on Elybian soil without any reasonable justification. The delegates all voted yes, and suggested that the king of the dark fairy tribe will be the judge of the trial

As one of her first acts as part of the new cabinet, Brivenish Trade Minister Elwig Liton signed the new trade agreement this morning, with the blessing of Prime Minister Thompson and the King.

Due to the unique circumstances of the Alarkian rebellion and the danger it presents to Elybia, Drakonarian military authorities have agreed to grant a formal commission to a paramilitary group known as the "Elybian New Armed Forces." Forthwith they shall be a detachment of the Drakonarian Protectorate Army charged with hunting down and destroying all enclaves of Alarkian rebels. They will operate strictly within this mandate unless a state of war breaks out and shall be free from interference by Protectorate Army Command so long as they stay within that mandate and do nothing else.

In addition In response to the bombings and declaration of martial law in Elybia Drakonarian Protectorate forces are now hunting by land sky and sea for the criminals. Dragons can be seen flying overhead alert for any sign of rebel activity and soldiers are on the streets of all major cities. The General of the Protectorate Army has called a meeting of the Monarchs, the Protectorate Army Leadership, and REA leadership to decide how best to proceed with stopping this threat from spreading any farther.
