Besides, he announced that he will send to the Assembly a bill centered on the economy, and since the right wing is subjected to his figure, it is certain that this bill will have a comfortable majority to back it up. Given these events of political instability, the Diet of the Lord announced a future meeting for the nobles and the Grand Apostle to make their positions known, it has been rumored that the Grand Apostle is seriously thinking of resigning, and if this were to happen, it would be the perfect opportunity for someone thirsty for power. |

There have also been several videos of people resisting to leave their homes, such as the one of a woman and her family who resisted and almost ended in a tragedy, as the woman was hospitalized because she almost had her arm cut off with the axe. The demonstrations have stopped being violent because for some unknown reason the government stopped repressing them, this has encouraged more people to go out to demonstrate and the result was a cut of the October Avenue, the most important in Hoekyiay, and the total chaos in the center of the capital, since apart from this, several public transportation lines went on strike, with the constant slogan that the project be treated in the Federal Supreme Court, we will see how it goes on. The now governor is the only deputy for the Nahmyangon Region belonging to the Liberal Front, which unleashed the anger of the inhabitants of the region, who, let us remember, gave the victory to the ALU in the last elections with 70.24% of the votes, being the worst defeat of the right wing in the same elections. Now, the poorest city in the country, saw how the majority of its approximately 300 thousand inhabitants took to the streets and staged massive demonstrations demanding the return of the leftist government to the region, many of which ended in bloody clashes with police, and in some cases even against the military, who were not afraid to repress with lead bullets, leaving around 300 dead and more than 5000 wounded. Official result: Independent Front and ALU's landslide victory The elections in Nahmyangon are over and the official results are in after 70% of the polling stations have been counted. The Independent Front, whose candidate for governor is Myat Arkar Maung, triumphed against the Popular Front with 46.93% of the votes, which, added to the 23.30% of the Popular Front, gives us that the ALU smashed the Alliance with 70.23% at the polls. The ALU itself won 16 of the 20 seats in the Nahmyangon legislature, demonstrating the broad leftist tendency in that region, the poorest in the country. The Alliance could only rescue a miserable 4 seats in the same legislature, 3 from the Liberal Front and 1 from the Constitutional Front. As far as the People's Assembly is concerned, the Independent Front went from 9 to 11 seats, which it took from the independent deputies or former members of the Yakin Labor Party, however, this is null and void since it does not affect the composition of the legislative assembly, the Alliance continues to preserve its 137 seats and will continue to govern with a majority. Following the proscription of the communist party and this election, the ALU has 47 seats at the national level. Census results cause commotion in Oldending Oldening, better known as the "German State", is the most populous state in the north of Einddert, its pseudonym precisely refers to the fact that it is the region where most of the ethnically Germans of Einddert live, who represent, according to the last census, almost 8% of the national population, obviously, they are the majority in this region. The results of the census were a hard blow for the inhabitants of Oldening, because compared to the last census of 2013, their presence in the country was reduced by just over 2 points, a rate that if maintained, would mean the disappearance of the ethnic Germans of Einddert in something like 50 years. The reactions were not long in coming, the state government, in conjunction with the Oldening Courts (state legislative branch), issued a statement criticizing more than the government, the controversial "Law on Nationalisms", but what is the "Law on Nationalisms"? The Nationalism Act is one of Einddert's oldest laws. Without going too far back in history, when the first unified country was formed on the island that occupies most of the national territory, there was a long guerrilla war waged by 3 fronts, the so-called "Dutch Front", commanded by the high commanders of that country, all of Dutch origin, and the "Front of the Dismissed", composed of ethnic Germans and French from the north of the island. Obviously, due to the vast numerical superiority of the Dutch population, this war ended with a crushing victory for the Dutch front. After this victory, the aforementioned law was passed, which explicitly prohibited the formation of any nationalist party representing an ethnic minority. This law was never repealed, because until now, there have been no national governments headed by people of non-Dutch origin and today it is one of Einddert's most controversial laws. Now, what does this have to do with the census? Well, both the Germans of Oldening and the French of Nanves have been demanding for years the repeal of the law. According to them, the fact that there is no party representing the ethnic minorities has made the policies of the whole country, including those of its regions, to be for the exclusive benefit of the Dutch, and not for the ethnic minorities, well known is the case of Nanves, where French is not even the official language despite being the native language of more than 80% of the inhabitants of that state. Oldening has advanced a little, since the Socialist Party, the current largest party of Einddert, has branches that represent German nationalism, however, being a party of Dutch origin, it still responds more to national needs, than to state needs. Question, in Oldening, after the catastrophic results of the census, mass protests have started in the largest cities of the region demanding the end of the nationalism law. According to the protesters, the concern for the needs of the majority has caused ethnically German youth to leave the country due to lack of opportunities. Many of the voters are even threatening to vote blank in the upcoming elections, in which Prime Minister Martien Mestebeld, of the Socialist Party, is gambling on staying in office after a rather questionable government. Many say that if the national government does not provide concrete solutions, the protests will turn into chaos for Oldening, it remains to be seen how this new chapter of the electoral year will develop. |

Sudeld attempted a last minute escape, but a group of troops led by Leyan himself were able to apprehend Sudeld, capturing him and forcing his surrender; with the fall of Sudeld, the last obstacle to revolutionary unionist dreams has been defeated. Following Leyan’s triumphant return to Lilaburg, the de facto capital of the Provisional Union Government, a great jubilation took hold of the city’s streets, and the formal declaration of the Union of Denolia was proclaimed. Many centuries ago, when the Denolian people settled into what is now their beloved homeland, and from there built a realm with many epic stories, memories, and histories across the ages. But in recent times, the Denolian lands fell into a humiliating state of disrepair, with a great disunity sweeping through, with short-lived dynasty after short-lived dynasty competing to head a barely-unified nation, and with the gifts of modern development existing in only a few lucky areas. Naturally, people all across Denolia grew restless. Some were inspired by ideals of a democratic republic that serves its people, some looked towards the old Denolian Divinist faith to deliver them from suffering, and some simply wished to have food on their table and to live in peace. Regardless of why exactly they were driven to action, Denolians everywhere in the nation agitated against the status quo, culminating in the revolutionary Unionist movement. Scheming warlords and aloof nobles fell left and right, but a major force that worked against the revolutionary movement were the forces of Alflan Sudeld, an opportunist general who worked under one of the southern dynasties. Following the uprisings, he declared himself a regent and, matching his opportunist character, tried to fight for his own “alternative” revolution in an attempt to remake the nation in his own image. However, although he fared the best of the anti-unionist forces, he too eventually fell at the hands of Stefan Leyan. Leyan was once but a mere soldier, but following the revolutionary unrest, he quickly rose through the ranks as a revolutionary fighter, eventually becoming one of the most illustrious and admired generals of the Unionist forces. He has gained a reputation among the populace as a defender of the common person, and although no one person can realistically claim the title of leader of the Unionists, Leyan certainly among the most well-known figures among them. With the capture of Sudeld and the declaration of the Union of Denolia, the formation of a true unified state shall be underway, and after that, effort to bring modernization and progress shall be undertaken. Although Sudeld has certainly gained the ire of many, it has been stated that he shall be put to a trial to determine what his ultimate fate shall be. Although Denolia still has a long journey ahead of it, many people can now breath a sigh of relief, because for now, war is over, peace has returned to the land, and Denolia can finally be a united land once more! |
