Hmm. Not entirely sure if the dust has settled properly given half of our WA members have yet to make the move, and only three people have made any endorsements, myself included, but it looks like I may end up as Delegate at this rate.

I'll likely be switching my WA membership from Princess Mi Amore Cadenza to this nation at some point in the near future.

One thing I might suggest is reaching out directly to those WA nations which haven't moved yet just to let them know what's going on. The general TG that was sent out got filtered out of my inbox, and I wouldn't be surprised if most other nations have recruitment TGs blocked.

Nearly forgot about the new region. :3

I'll look to do direct WA e-mails tomorrow. Meanwhile, some officer titles for today!

I've reached out to the only WA Member in Pony Lands who doesn't endorse me presently, and perhaps more importantly, upgraded the WA Delegate here to executive status!

Yeah, there was a newer one actually, covering the whole region in one image, but I think that's lost to the vagaries of the internet at this point. Doesn't help the one who was maintaining that one split from our regional community years ago.

I've been looking at getting into doing maps like that, but I have only so much free time these days alas.

Let's put it this way - Intergalactic Penguins is coming up for its tenth anniversary of founding (and being in Pony Lands for the whole time) and it's not on the map :P

So what is the plan for zombie day when the region has been split into two? Are we going to cure just one region and the other leave for the infected? or are we going to try to cure both regions?

Nothing solid yet I don't think, but I don't see why both can't be cured.

Yeah, that one was a no brainer really. That one for Alliance Nation League... Think I'm just going to let it expire on it's own. Looked at the region a bit, and it seems there's a treaty involved that has a mutual defense clause in it... Think I'll pass on that one.

Yeah- No news post yet, but it has to be only a week or so out now. I'll make sure the policy is fully reviewed once the post goes up, including the strategy info Trot and I picked up on last year.

Ok, we have our news post- basically T-2 days as I type this, meaning a start at 5:00 PM EDT on October 30. I'm sure everybody who's been around since at least last October knows our regional policy, but I'm going to review it anyway, for the benefit of newcomers if nothing else.

Pony Lands and Pony Realms are Cure Only Regions. Nations either killing or siding with the zombies will find themselves in The Rejected Realms for the duration of the event. Nations that never pick an option will be left alone in this manner, but will be dead weight- just more zombies to cure, with no contribution towards the regional cure. I encourage people to at least log in long enough to set their nation to cure once the event kicks off.

Naturally, people will be using their Cure Missiles on each other, but I need to say that it's important to not totally clear out nations contributing significantly toward the cure until it's ready. Doing so will greatly slow progress on that front, as well as that nations ability to gain access to missiles themselves. I cleared out Trotterdam before they ever logged in last year, and they never even unlocked the Mk1 missiles if I remember correctly. Probably some logic involving access to test subjects to try the cure on.
