If you are interested in learning how raiding in Nation States works, I recommend reading this guide and asking questions if you ever get lost. While it is very basic, it lays out the necessary ground work to understanding R/D.

There isn't any "war" in Nation States because each side, raiders and defenders, don't usually have an advantage over one another because what one side does can be undone by the other.
