I could send an invite to re-establish diplomatic relations but now isn't the time. From what I gather, they had some issues with the former powers in place.. I haven't gotten into details but I can't really be bothered tbh, I'm sure the truth will out and get around eventually

Rogue River re-elected president.

The republic has re-elected its president Rogue River in a landslide election victory yesterday. 81.8% of the region voted for the president, and the remaining 18.2% voted for the other presidential candidate, The Independent States Allied Force. Personally, it was a tough decision, but Rogue has been here for a long time and helped me in my presidency a lot, and for that reason, my vote went to him. Good luck next time ISAF!
