Deseret refuses to recognise Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, Romania, Russia, Poland, Republik Srpska, Crimea, Serbia, North Macedonia, Kosovo, Bulgaria, Czechia, The UPR Volksleben, Slovakia, and Arstotzka as legitimate.

Foreign situation
Having received several refusals of diplomatic recognition, the Ukrainian government decided not to aggravate relations with overseas refuseniks, concentrating on improving relations with neighbors. In particular, Romania, Serbia, and other countries in the Balkans were sent special offers on trade (in the case of diplomatic recognition) (Winfallow).

Winfallow, can you mod, please? I should know what countries recognize UPR's independence.
