Prince Wallace II appointed to foreign affair responsibilities.
The eldest child of Emperor Wallace, Prince Wallace II, has recently been appointed by Our Good Emperor as head of both the Imperial Foreign Affairs Delegation and Imperial Armed Forces Delegation. By the rules set by the Imperial House Sau Lupon, an heir to the Imperial Throne can only be confirmed as an heir apparent if said heir "proves" themselves in some form of great feat or effective governance. As such Our Good Emperor Wallace has announced that in order to prepare Prince Wallace II as heir apparent, they've been given foreign affair responsibilities.
When this announcement was made, Our Good Emperor stated "I have faith in my Son and his abilities to do this nation proud. He has many big dreams for the betterment of the Empire and its unity, and I have full faith he can deliver on those promises. Not to mention that by giving my son these responsibilities, it helps to make the bureaucracy more efficient as it allows me to better focus on the domestic affairs and the development of our nation."
The Announcement has been received very warmly by the general public, as Wallace II is a very popular figure within Saulend, second only to the Good Emperor himself.
When asked what his first acts were going to be, Prince Wallace II answered: "I have many long term plans for my administration, but what I want to focus on is trying to strengthen the army. I feel if we can develop our nation's strength, then Saulend can truly feel like a united Empire, and we can look past our internal divisions and feel like a proud, hopeful people. I also want to further strengthen our relations with Visois and Kasantia, and to further pursue alliances with nations such as Carstantinopipal or Ascoiya. I feel that they can provide Saulend with the strength we need, as well as help build a tight web of alliances so that Saulend always has a friend in times of strife.
But for more direct goals, I plan on assembling part of the army and marching Eastwards until we reach a coast touching the wider oceans, and then claiming those lands for our Federated Empire. That way we can more easily have access to the wider world without causing confusions and tensions with that railroad up north. Speaking of that railroad in Visois, I have to praise my father for creating it and Visois for allowing it, as it has really helped Saulend keep afloat by allowing us to trade with nations such as Kasantia. But a truth is that we need our own path to the ocean, and I don't want to trouble our Visian allies."
Again, these plans are generally well recieved by the public, as many feel they can get employment in the army under Prince Wallace II's policies. - - -
WLP Leaders found guilty in WLP Trials, Door is opened for the potential banning of the WLP.
It has been announced that The Budget Secretary and the Media Secretary (Josef Zelenyy and Erik Pochta respectively) of the Western Liberation Party, a controversial Oblemiyan secessionist party, have been found guilty. The have both been charged with Enabling Mass Instability and Enabling Property Damage. The evidence is that they've cooperated to put weaponizable products, such as crowbars and baseball bats, into the hands of WLP Members with the explicit goal of causing unrest and damage in the many riots that have been taking place as of recent. And with WLP Media Secretary Erick Pochta in specific, there is copious evidence suggesting that WLP Social Media has been making "inflammatory comments" regarding the protests, encouraging more violence.
Although Pochta's charge of "authorizing inflammatory comments" has been criticized for targeting free speech, the evidence brought forth in the trials has led to the more or less uncontroversial convictions of Pochta and Zelenyy.
Legal experts suggest that if more convictions are made soon, then their is the possibility and the grounds for the complete banning of the WLP. Although there is concern over more violence from potentially vengeful rioters, if the WLP is banned the Imperial Guard has stated "we believe that if the WLP is completely dissolved, then it opens the door to a more peaceful resolve to these protests, as the rioters will be deprived of their support and will be forced into stopping the use of force in these protests at the very least."
Emperor Wallace has been praised for these convictions, with many saying these convictions will lead to a cleaner resolution to political tensions in Oblemiya, only further proving Our Good Emperor's competency as a leader of the people and its Empire.

"Hello people we are sorry for interrupting your daily shows but tonight we have an emergency announcement from the federal government which will begin shortly and in the meantime we have other special reports, out in the countryside massive protest still continue on and rebel activity has sky rocket being embolden with the sudden massive protest, also as these events continue on the nation stability seems to only become worse as citizens of the nation start to prepare for the worst, hang on yes..... ok people I am now being inform that the emergency announcement is starting and we will begin the broadcast of it now", then the broadcast immediately switch from the news reporter to inside the Imperial Senate which you see all the seats filled by Senate members which is rare too see and in front of all of the Senators you see a man in front of the speaker, then information appears next to the man which says "Speaker of the Senate, Zen David".
Then speaker Zen David begins to speak "My fellow Imperilians tonight will be a night that we shall not forget tonight will be a night that will change us for the better, tonight I have orders directly from Lord-Master himself and as of starting now we will experience a rapid demilitarization and we will have an emergency Senate election!, in the emergency election the political parties GLP GRP GITP and IFP will be allow in the election".
With this sudden unexpected news leave many people in shock and the public opinion of this is unsure with many militarist anger by this an many rebel leaning people happy of these changes.
