Operation BLUEBOLT and DROPLET

OVERVIEW

Operation Bluebolt was the military codename for a series of Fedosian military actions against the Korvetskan Invasion of Fedosia in 1994, which was followed by Operation Droplet, the airborne invasion of the Republic of Korvetska by helicopter Droptroopers of the Republic of Fedosia Air Force. The conflict was the first real test of the Droptroopers, the name of the Fedosian helicopter airborne assault forces, as well as the first Fedosian combat use of M1A1F Abrams main battle tanks and Humvee-Fs. The Korvetskan Army also debuted their domestically-designed and produced Assault Tank Mk II, also known as the T-10B "Vasilya", in large numbers alongside foreign purchased T-72K main battle tanks. Both sides had recently upgraded their military prior to the conflict.
