A WORLD CLASS WELCOME FROM AN EXPANSIVE NATION

The Toslerian Football Association, with the full support of the Government of the Democratic Republic of Tosler and participating state and municipal governments, is proud to submit Tosler's bid to host the 2027 Gold World Cup.

Our proposition is simple: bring the world to Tosler, and give the Gold World Cup to the world.

Tosler is unusually well suited to that task. The Republic has deep Italian, English and Irish cultural roots alongside enormous Iranian, Turkish and Asian communities and generations of migration from across the world. Tosler has no official language. The Government communicates in every language spoken by at least one million Toslerians, reflecting a national culture in which multilingualism is an ordinary part of public life.

That experience matters when welcoming a global tournament. Supporters arriving in Tosler will encounter a country that asks them to bring their language, their food and their culture with them as they travel across the Republic. Many will hear familiar languages in neighbourhoods, restaurants, cafés, markets and public spaces. Many will find communities whose families came from the same parts of the world as their own. And most will discover something new to bring home with them: perhaps a bottle of Toslerian wine, a Florenzian leather bag, a piece of local art, a cherished recipe, a new friendship, or simply a different idea about what a country can feel like.

Tosler proposes a ten-city national tournament, staged entirely in established sporting venues and connected by national rail, air and public-transport networks. The tournament will travel from Lexington, the political heart of the Republic, and Milani, the financial, fashion and artistic capital of northern Tosler, to Siciliano City on the Southern Island; from the public spaces of Clover City, to industrial and artistic Florenzia; and from historic Romia and culinary Bologniati, to the waterfronts of Port Aurora, Veneziati and Sorentino.

The tournament will leave a permanent legacy across the Republic. Every one of Tosler's 150 states will receive a new football stadium, while every state will receive two permanent Gold Commons: public spaces completed before the tournament and designed for decades of cultural, civic and community life afterward.

Tosler 2027 is built around world-class organisation, unrestricted and equal participation, accessibility, public transportation, cultural inclusion, environmental responsibility and a national legacy reaching every state.

I. BID AT A GLANCE

The Democratic Republic of Tosler proposes 10 host cities and 10 existing tournament stadiums, including two venues seating more than 100,000 spectators.

The 110,000-seat Stadio Nazionale della Repubblica in Lexington will be the tournament's largest venue, while the 108,000-seat Stadio Michelangelo dei Popoli in Florenzia will host the Gold World Cup Final.

The two semi-finals will span the Republic: one at the 82,500-seat Stadio Metropolitano di Milani in northern Tosler, and the other at the 86,000-seat Stadio Santa Margherita in Siciliano City on the Southern Island.

The national legacy package will include 150 new football stadiums, one in every Toslerian state; 300 permanent Gold Commons, two in every state; one official Gold Pride Match in Milani; ten nationally funded Gold Pride Nights; and a permanent Gold Pride Sport & Participation Fund.

Dedicated training facilities will be provided for all 16 participating national teams. The tournament will also be supported by multiple international gateways, high-speed and intercity rail, free host-city public transport for match-ticket holders, multilingual tournament services, ten city-specific Gold Festivals, a national volunteer programme and an unconditional guarantee of equal participation.

II. THE TEN HOST CITIES

LEXINGTON — THE CAPITAL

Lexington, the national capital and seat of the Republic's institutions, will serve as one of the ceremonial centres of Tosler 2027. Its government institutions, diplomatic presence, universities, museums, theatres and national monuments make it an essential part of the tournament.

The 110,000-seat Stadio Nazionale della Repubblica, the largest venue in the bid, will host group-stage football, a quarter-final and the Third-Place Match.

MILANI — FINANCE, FASHION AND ART

Located in northern Tosler, Milani is the financial capital of the Republic and one of the country's great international cities. Its residents, the Milanese, live in a city shaped by finance and commerce but equally known for fashion, design, art, nightlife and creative industry.

Milani will serve as one of the tournament's principal media, commercial and international hospitality centres. It will host the Gold Pride Match and later one of the two semi-finals.

CLOVER CITY — THE PEOPLE'S METROPOLIS

Clover City is one of Tosler's great metropolitan and political centres, a city whose parks and civic spaces have repeatedly hosted moments of national importance. Its tradition of enormous public gatherings makes it the natural home of the Opening Ceremony and Opening Match.

At its centre stands the 78,000-seat Stadio del Quadrifoglio, whose four-leaf-clover identity has become inseparable from the city itself.

FLORENZIA — THE WORKING CITY, THE ARTIST'S CITY

Florenzia is industrial, working-class, diverse and proudly multicultural, but it is equally one of Tosler's great cities of art.

Generations of painters, sculptors, musicians, writers, performers and independent creators have given the city an artistic identity intertwined with its history of manufacturing, migration, universities and organised communities. Former industrial districts sit beside studios, galleries, workshops, theatres and street art.

Florenzia is also one of Tosler's great centres of leatherworking and leather production, with workshops and manufacturers ranging from small artisan houses to major exporters. Leather goods, fashion, furniture and design form an important part of the city's industrial and creative economy, making Florenzia a place where craftsmanship, art and manufacturing frequently occupy the same street.

At the centre of its sporting life stands the Stadio Michelangelo dei Popoli — the Michelangelo Stadium of the Peoples. The 108,000-seat stadium reflects the city around it: monumental in ambition, artistic in character and fundamentally public in spirit.

It is here that Tosler will crown the champion of the 2027 Gold World Cup.

ROMIA — HISTORY AND LEARNING

Romia is one of Tosler's great historic and academic centres. Home to Romia Polytechnic and surrounded by the Romia Highlands, it connects contemporary Tosler with some of the Republic's oldest regional and intellectual traditions.

Its 61,000-seat Stadio Forum di Romia will host a quarter-final.

SICILIANO CITY — THE SOUTHERN ISLAND

Siciliano City is one of the principal cities of Tosler's Southern Island and is defined by an intense tradition of public life. Piazza Santa Margherita and the Palazzo di Democrazia have hosted some of the Republic's largest civic gatherings.

The 86,000-seat Stadio Santa Margherita will host one of the two semi-finals, placing one half of the Final Four on the Southern Island while the other competes in northern Tosler.

PORT AURORA — FOOTBALL BY THE SEA

Port Aurora combines an international harbour with beaches, cliffs, coves and the waters of the Bay of St. Elia. Immediately beyond the city lies Point Aurora, one of Tosler's best-known diplomatic and coastal enclaves.

The 66,000-seat Stadio della Baia d'Aurora will provide one of the tournament's great visual settings: knockout football beside the sea.

SORENTINO — THE SOUTHWEST COAST

Sorentino combines technology, fishing, tourism and maritime life on Tosler's southwest coast.

Its 60,000-seat Stadio Elio sul Mare looks toward the water and will be one of the tournament's principal group-stage venues, giving Tosler 2027 a stadium identity found nowhere else in the country.

VENEZIATI — GATEWAY TO TOSLER

Veneziati is home to Tosler's largest port and one of the Republic's principal maritime commercial gateways.

Its 64,000-seat Stadio dei Navigatori reflects the city's history of seafaring, trade, migration and connection with the wider world.

BOLOGNIATI — THE TABLE OF TOSLER

Historic, university-dominated and famously left-wing, Bologniati is widely regarded as the heart of Toslerian culinary tradition.

Its 58,000-seat Stadio della Sapienza reflects the city's academic character, while its streets, markets and restaurants will form the centre of the tournament's Table of Nations programme.

III. STADIUM PLAN

All ten stadiums are established venues. Tournament capital works will therefore focus on modernization, accessibility, communications, energy efficiency and temporary event overlays rather than construction of new Gold World Cup match stadiums.

IV. 150 PITCHES FOR 150 STATES

If selected to host the Gold World Cup, the Government of Tosler will fully fund the construction of one new football stadium in every Toslerian state.

The 150 Pitches for 150 States Programme will constitute the largest single investment in grassroots football infrastructure in Toslerian history.

Each stadium will include a regulation football pitch, permanent spectator seating, dressing rooms, officials' facilities, accessible amenities, training and community space, and infrastructure appropriate to competitive football.

Every state will receive a stadium, but the facilities will be designed around genuine local need rather than a uniform national template. A large metropolitan state may require a substantially larger venue than a rural or remote state.

The programme will operate through a published multi-year National Gold Legacy Capital Plan. By the Opening Match, every state will have an approved site, a fully funded project and a published delivery timetable, with construction underway wherever feasible. Completion will continue through a phased programme before and after the tournament.

The facilities will become permanent homes for clubs, schools, youth football, women's football, disability football, state competitions, coaching and referee development.

V. 300 GOLD COMMONS

The Government of Tosler will fully fund 300 permanent Gold Commons, exactly two in each of the Republic's 150 states.

Unlike the 150 Pitches programme, the Commons are part of the tournament itself. All 300 will be completed, tested and open before the Opening Match.

Every state will therefore enter Tosler 2027 with two permanent places where residents can gather to watch matches, experience cultural programming, eat, drink and celebrate together.

There will be no standard Gold Commons design. Some will be outdoor civic squares with gardens, stages, public art, markets, fountains, playgrounds, permanent event screens and pedestrian space. Others will be indoor cultural halls incorporating theatres, concert spaces, cinemas, galleries, rehearsal facilities, public markets, commercial kitchens and community rooms. Many will combine both.

Toslerian design traditions will also allow quieter spaces to coexist with spectacle. Gardens, water, stone, timber, shade and carefully composed public spaces influenced in part by Zen traditions of simplicity, balance and contemplation will appear in many Commons, particularly where communities choose them.

Zen will inspire Tosler's public spaces to offer what great sport itself can sometimes provide: intensity without chaos, concentration amid noise, and moments of stillness that make the spectacle around them feel more powerful.

During the tournament, all 300 Commons will provide free public viewing and cultural programming. Afterward, they will remain permanent homes for theatre, music, markets, restaurants, festivals, art, community organisations, public meetings and civic life.

The distinction between Tosler's two national programmes is deliberate: the Gold Commons allow every state to participate in the World Cup while it is happening; the 150 new stadiums ensure every state shares in its football legacy afterward.

VI. THE GOLD PRIDE MATCH AND GOLD PRIDE NIGHTS

One group-stage fixture at the 82,500-seat Stadio Metropolitano di Milani will be proposed as the official Gold Pride Match, subject to WAAS approval and final fixture allocation.

The match will celebrate the global 2SLGBTQIA+ community and generations of players, supporters, coaches, officials and volunteers who have loved sport even when sport did not always make it easy for them to belong.

Milani will host the principal national Gold Pride Night, extending from the stadium through Gold Commons, cultural venues, public squares and participating nightlife districts. National funding will support local drag performers, queer musicians and DJs, dancers, fashion and design events, community organisations, sporting clubs, restaurants, bars, clubs and all-ages programming.

The Government will also fund a locally designed Gold Pride Night in every host city. Florenzia will foreground queer artists and working-class communities; Port Aurora will celebrate beside the water; Bologniati will combine Pride with university and culinary culture; and Siciliano City will fill its piazzas with drag, music and street performance.

For 2SLGBTQIA+ visitors, the welcome will extend far beyond designated Pride events. Tosler's major cities have established queer communities, nightlife, cultural organisations, sporting clubs, cafés and social spaces. Visiting supporters will be able to find community not only at the Gold Pride Match, but throughout the tournament: somewhere to dance, somewhere to meet people, somewhere to watch a match, or simply somewhere they can arrive with a partner or friends and feel entirely ordinary.

The purpose is not to reproduce the same event ten times. It is to give local queer culture a national stage while ensuring that international 2SLGBTQIA+ travellers can find community wherever the tournament takes them.

The permanent Gold Pride Sport & Participation Fund will support inclusive leagues, 2SLGBTQIA+ sporting organisations, youth and adult recreation, equipment, travel, coaching, officiating, facility access, transgender and non-binary athlete programmes, rural initiatives, scholarships and anti-harassment work.

VII. THE ROAD TO THE FINAL

The quarter-finals will be staged in Clover City, Lexington, Romia and Port Aurora.

The Final Four will then split across opposite ends of the Republic.

One semi-final will be held at the Stadio Metropolitano di Milani in northern Tosler.

The other will take place at the Stadio Santa Margherita in Siciliano City on the Southern Island.

The defeated semi-finalists will meet in Lexington at the 110,000-seat Stadio Nazionale della Repubblica.

The winners will travel to Florenzia.

There, before 108,000 spectators at the Stadio Michelangelo dei Popoli, the champions of the 2027 Gold World Cup will be crowned.

The tournament's final week will therefore move through north, south, capital and cultural heartland, reinforcing the national character of Tosler 2027.

Final fixture allocation will remain subject to consultation with and approval by WAAS.

VIII. TRAINING FACILITIES

Every participating national association will receive its own dedicated principal training base for the duration of its stay in Tosler.

At least sixteen sites will be reserved before the tournament draw, each providing a regulation pitch, changing and medical facilities, strength and conditioning and recovery spaces, tactical rooms, secure transport access and video-analysis capacity.

University sporting infrastructure associated with Romia Polytechnic, Florenzia University, Bologniati University and the Milanese Institute of Technology will supplement professional facilities.

No national team will be required to share its principal training pitch with another participating association.

IX. TRANSPORT: ONE COUNTRY, ONE NETWORK

Tosler 2027 will be built around public transportation. National high-speed and intercity rail will connect the principal mainland host corridors, supplemented by metropolitan rail, trams, buses and local services.

High-capacity ferry and air links will connect Siciliano City and the Southern Island with the wider tournament network.

Every valid match ticket will double as a Gold Pass for ordinary public transport within that match's host city on match day, with additional late-night services following matches, Gold Festivals and Gold Pride Nights.

Participating teams will receive dedicated transportation and secure airport, rail and ferry transfers where required.

X. A WORLD AT HOME IN TOSLER

Tosler has no official language.

The national government communicates in every language spoken by at least one million Toslerians, and the Gold World Cup will build upon that existing multilingual public-service model.

Tournament information, transportation guidance, safety messages and digital services will be available across an extensive range of languages. Additional languages associated with participating nations will be added once qualification is complete, while multilingual volunteers and Fan Embassies will provide direct support to visitors.

But language is only part of the welcome.

Tosler's population reflects generations of Italian, English and Irish settlement alongside immense Iranian, Turkish, East Asian, South Asian, Southeast Asian and other communities. The result is not simply diversity on paper. It is visible in neighbourhoods, cultural institutions, music, markets, nightlife, cafés and especially food.

A supporter arriving from abroad may find a Toslerian neighbourhood speaking a familiar language, a bakery making a familiar bread, a café serving coffee the way they know it, a restaurant cooking a dish associated with home, or a local family whose grandparents came from the same city or region.

2SLGBTQIA+ travellers will likewise find established communities throughout Tosler's major cities, from bars, clubs and performance spaces to queer sporting organisations, cafés, community groups and quieter social spaces. The Gold Pride programme will amplify those communities rather than manufacture them for the tournament.

Adult visitors who wish to partake in Tosler's legal cannabis culture will also find licensed, welcoming cannabis-friendly spaces alongside the Republic's abundant café culture. Tosler's craft cannabis industry, like its wine and craft brewing sectors, is built around regional producers, independent businesses and an emphasis on quality and local identity. Cannabis programming and consumption spaces will remain appropriately separated from family and youth events.

Visitors who prefer a different kind of evening will have no shortage of options. Tosler's wine industry is among the Republic's great agricultural and culinary traditions, while independent breweries and taprooms have created a thriving craft beer culture across the country. Vineyards, wine bars, cafés, breweries, restaurants and neighbourhood pubs will all become part of the wider social landscape of the tournament.

XI. FOOD, WINE, CAFÉS AND A TOURNAMENT OF MANY TABLES

Food and drink will be treated as a central part of the tournament experience.

Toslerian cuisine has never been a single culinary tradition. Italian influences sit beside English and Irish food cultures, while Iranian, Turkish and the many cuisines of Asia have become integral parts of everyday Toslerian life.

The Republic also possesses an exceptional wine culture, supported by vineyards, regional producers, independent wineries and a deep tradition of pairing food with local wine. During Tosler 2027, host-city restaurants, wine bars and Gold Festival programmes will showcase those traditions to visiting supporters.

Tosler's craft brewing industry will play a similar role. Independent breweries, neighbourhood pubs, taprooms and local beer producers will be invited to participate in tournament hospitality and cultural programming, subject to responsible-service rules and appropriate separation from family-oriented events.

The same is true of Tosler's café culture. Across the Republic, cafés function as meeting places, neighbourhood institutions and places to work, argue, read, watch sport or simply sit for an afternoon. During the Gold World Cup, they will become another layer of the tournament's social infrastructure.

Gold Festivals and Gold Commons will give local restaurants, chefs, cafés, family businesses, bakeries, wineries, breweries, markets and food producers opportunities to participate. Visiting supporters will encounter both recognisably Toslerian regional cuisine and an enormous range of traditions from around the world.

The programme will favour local businesses and established communities rather than importing a temporary festival economy disconnected from the cities hosting it.

XII. BOLOGNIATI: THE TABLE OF NATIONS

Bologniati will host the Table of Nations, a citywide food and cultural programme pairing Tosler's many culinary traditions with those of the sixteen competing countries.

Participating nations will be invited to work with local chefs, restaurants and diaspora communities to create menus, street festivals, public dinners and markets.

In some cases, a competing country may discover that one of the strongest representations of its own cuisine outside its borders already exists somewhere in Tosler.

XIII. THE BEAUTY OF THE GAMES

Tosler believes a great World Cup needs spectacle, but spectacle does not require constant noise.

Across stadium approaches, Gold Commons, parks and festival spaces, tournament design will draw from the many cultural traditions that have shaped the Republic. Among them is a longstanding Toslerian appreciation for Zen-influenced ideas of simplicity, balance, attention and stillness.

This will be visible in landscaped approaches to stadiums, quiet gardens near major public spaces, the use of water and natural materials, uncluttered wayfinding, sensory-friendly areas and places where supporters can step away from crowds without stepping away from the tournament.

Opening and closing ceremonies will likewise favour moments of visual clarity and restraint alongside large-scale celebration. Silence, light, movement and space can sometimes communicate more powerfully than another explosion of sound.

There is an affinity between this and football itself. A stadium can contain 100,000 people and still fall silent for a penalty. A match can turn on one perfectly weighted pass. The most beautiful moments often emerge from concentration, patience and simplicity.

XIV. ACCOMMODATION

Tosler's large tourism sector provides substantial accommodation capacity across its host cities. Official room inventories will be reserved for participating teams, officials, WAAS personnel, media, technical crews and supporters.

Every national team will be housed within reasonable travelling distance of its principal training base.

Supporter accommodation will range from hotels and hostels to university residences and other licensed options across a broad range of prices.

XV. BROADCAST AND MEDIA

The principal Gold World Cup International Broadcast Centre will be established in Milani, taking advantage of the city's communications, technology, commercial and creative sectors.

A second major media centre will operate in Lexington.

Every host stadium will provide dedicated television compounds, press facilities, photographer areas, commentary positions and mixed zones.

WAAS will retain complete authority over competition administration, official communications, fixtures and results.

XVI. ACCESSIBILITY

Accessibility will be treated as infrastructure, not an afterthought.

Every tournament stadium and Gold Commons will incorporate appropriate step-free access, accessible seating, companion spaces, accessible washrooms and concessions, wheelchair-accessible transportation connections, hearing-assistance systems where appropriate, captioned information, sensory-friendly facilities and trained support staff.

A centralized Gold Access Service will allow disabled supporters to request transportation and venue assistance through a single tournament platform.

XVII. MEDICAL SERVICES

The tournament medical programme will operate through Tosler's national healthcare system and participating regional health services.

Every venue will provide pitch-side emergency physicians, advanced life-support capability, ambulances, spectator first-aid facilities, concussion protocols, emergency evacuation routes and a designated receiving hospital.

Every host city will identify at least one principal tournament hospital.

XVIII. SECURITY AND CROWD MANAGEMENT

A Gold World Cup Safety Coordination Centre will link stadium operators, public-safety authorities, emergency services, healthcare providers, transport agencies, participating associations and WAAS.

Every stadium will operate under a venue-specific security, evacuation and crowd-management plan.

Venue plans will emphasise prevention, intelligence, de-escalation and professional crowd management.

Multilingual fan-assistance teams will operate throughout the host-city network.

XIX. AN UNCONDITIONAL GUARANTEE OF PARTICIPATION

No player, coach, official, journalist or supporter will receive less favourable treatment because of nationality, race, ethnicity, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, political opinion or diplomatic relations between governments.

The Government of Tosler will guarantee the admission and safe participation of every qualified national team.

XX. SUSTAINABILITY

All ten tournament stadiums are existing venues, allowing investment to focus on modernization, accessibility and sustainability rather than construction of new match venues.

All 300 Gold Commons will be permanent civic infrastructure completed before the tournament. The 150 new state stadiums will be delivered through a phased multi-year capital programme based on local sporting demand.

Tournament sustainability measures will include rail-first spectator transportation, low-emission ferry and public-transport links where appropriate, renewable match electricity where technically available, water-efficiency standards, waste separation, food recovery, local procurement and independent environmental reporting.

A global sporting tournament inevitably has an environmental footprint. Tosler's commitment is to measure it honestly, reduce it wherever possible and account publicly for the result.

XXI. FAN EMBASSIES AND MULTILINGUAL WELCOME

Every participating association will be invited to establish or nominate a Fan Embassy in the principal cities where its supporters are concentrated.

These will provide supporter information, language assistance, cultural guidance, liaison with organisers and emergency support.

Tosler's own multilingual communities will be invited to participate directly. Diaspora organisations, cultural associations and community volunteers will help welcome visiting supporters from countries with which they have linguistic, familial or cultural ties.

The aim is for a supporter arriving thousands of kilometres from home to discover that, somewhere in Tosler, somebody already knows how to welcome them.

XXII. THE GOLD VOLUNTEERS

The national Gold Volunteers Programme will recruit Toslerians from across the country to support transportation, accessibility, language services, ceremonies, accreditation, Gold Festivals, Gold Pride Nights and Gold Commons.

No volunteer will be required to purchase a uniform, accreditation or training in order to participate.

Tosler's multilingual population will be one of the programme's greatest assets.

XXIII. THE GOLD GENERATION

The Gold Generation Programme will expand access to organised football for youth, girls and women, disabled players, lower-income communities, rural and remote communities, newcomers and refugees, while investing in coaching and referee development.

The 150 new stadiums will become local centres for these programmes.

XXIV. GOVERNMENT GUARANTEES

The Government of the Democratic Republic of Tosler guarantees the public obligations necessary to stage the tournament, including:

• the availability of all tournament venues;

• the admission and equal treatment of participating delegations;

• completion of 300 Gold Commons before the Opening Match;

• delivery of the 150 Pitches for 150 States Programme through a fully funded national capital plan;

• multilingual public communications;

• national funding for ten Gold Pride Nights;

• permanent funding of the Gold Pride Sport & Participation Fund;

• security and emergency planning;

• medical preparedness;

• transport coordination;

• accessibility;

• border and accreditation arrangements; and

• federal, state and municipal coordination.
  

Tournament-related public expenditure will be subject to audit.

No resident will be forcibly displaced for construction of a Gold World Cup match venue.

XXV. WHY TOSLER?

Tosler offers ten established tournament stadiums across ten distinctive cities, including four venues exceeding 80,000 seats and two exceeding 100,000.

It offers a genuinely national final week: one semi-final in northern Tosler, one on the Southern Island, the Third-Place Match in the capital, and the Final in Florenzia.

It offers national high-speed rail, multiple international gateways, extensive urban transport and free match-day transit.

It offers 300 completed public gathering places across every state before the Opening Match and a programme of 150 new football stadiums extending the legacy long after the Final.

It offers a country with no official language, where multilingual government communication already reflects the reality of a population drawn from cultures around the world.

It offers established 2SLGBTQIA+ communities where queer travellers can find nightlife, sport, culture, friendship and ordinary community life far beyond the official Pride programme.

It offers Iranian, Turkish, Italian, Irish, English and Asian food traditions alongside hundreds of local and regional variations; an exceptional wine industry; a thriving craft beer culture; a mature craft cannabis sector; countless cafés and neighbourhood gathering places; and some of Tosler's finest artisanal industries, from Florenzian leather to art, fashion and design.

It offers a tournament culture capable of enormous celebration, but also one attentive to beauty, public space, balance and moments of stillness.

The first whistle of Tosler 2027 will sound before 78,000 people at the Stadio del Quadrifoglio in Clover City.

Over the weeks that follow, supporters will move through the financial and creative streets of Milani, the factories, leather workshops and galleries of Florenzia, the history of Romia, the piazzas of Siciliano City, the waters of Port Aurora and Sorentino, the harbour of Veneziati and the kitchens and university quarters of Bologniati.

Across all 150 states, Toslerians and visitors will gather in 300 Gold Commons.

They will hear different languages around them. They will eat in Iranian restaurants, Turkish bakeries, Italian trattorie, Irish pubs and the countless kitchens of Tosler's Asian communities. They will taste Toslerian wines and locally brewed beers, linger in cafés, meet new friends in queer spaces, celebrate in nightlife districts, sit beside the water, or visit a licensed cannabis-friendly adult space if that is how they choose to unwind.

They may leave with a bottle of Toslerian wine, a Florenzian leather bag, a piece of local art or a cherished recipe. They may leave with a new friendship, a favourite café they still talk about years later, or an idea encountered somewhere along the way.

Among the crowds there will also be quieter spaces: gardens, water, shade and places to sit before returning to the noise. Tosler 2027 will understand that the beauty of a tournament lies not only in its largest moments, but in the pauses between them.

Then four teams will remain.

One semi-final will be played in Milani in northern Tosler. The other will be played far to the south in Siciliano City on the Southern Island.

The defeated sides will meet in Lexington at the 110,000-seat Stadio Nazionale della Repubblica.

The winners will travel to Florenzia.

There, in a city of factory floors and artists' studios, leather workshops, university halls and neighbourhood ateliers, 108,000 people will fill the Stadio Michelangelo dei Popoli.

For a moment before the whistle, perhaps even that enormous stadium will become quiet.

Then the Final will begin.

One team will leave as champion. The 300 Commons will remain. New stadiums will continue rising across the 150 states. The languages, food, friendships, art and memories of the tournament will become part of Tosler itself.

That is the Gold World Cup Tosler proposes: a tournament large enough for the world, but intimate enough for every visitor to find something — a place, a meal, an idea — that feels like home.
