TO THE CITIZENRY OF PAELORAN, THE ALLIED HIGH COMMANDS OF Magnolia Shores, Vasillios, AND Rishivaraja, AND THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY OF ALMERIA:

Following intense legislative deliberation and navigating significant diplomatic hurdles, the lower regional governments of Paeloran hereby announce the formal ratification of the revised Frontier Security Accord.

This measure was secured through tough domestic compromises: the Conservative Assembly of Diplomats (CAD) has been granted expanded military funding allocations, while the Nationalist Alternative Party (NAP) has secured the mandate requiring Paeloran military forces to re-enter and secure territorial positions within Sanyacue.

Accordingly, as of the effective timestamp above, the following military and diplomatic terms take immediate effect:

1. UNEXTRIAN OBSERVER & PEACEKEEPER ENTRY
Unextrian observers and purely defensive peacekeeping units are hereby authorised to cross the former Demilitarised Zone (DMZ) into Sanyacue.

Scope of Engagement: Unextrian forces will operate strictly be non-combatants.
Their sole purpose is to monitor, log, and observe engagements between the Frontier Liberation Movement (FRM)—the Anti-Paeloran Sanyacue nationalist separatists—and defend Paeloran forces.

2. DEPLOYMENT OF PAELORAN SPECIALIZED FORCES
Paeloran ground and tactical operations within Sanyacue will be spearheaded directly by the Imperial Union Forces (IUF) and SIDCO Special Operations. These units are tasked with the complete neutralization of FRM insurgent cells and the securing of key strategic compounds.

3. NOTICE OF ESCALATION TO ALLIES
To our honoured coalition allies in Magnolia Shores, Vasillios, and Rishivaraja:

The temporary freeze on the Sanyacue territories has ended. As operations resume, Paeloran High Command will initiate the largest artillery and strategic bombardment witnessed since the War of Paeloran Succession. We intend to make up for lost time, clear the Free Frontier and bring the Free Frontier War to its final conclusion.
