Noting that during the formation of the regions, the settlers of the Outback and the Plains of Perdition declared their regions and communities to be sisters;

Declares that the Outback and the Plains of Perdition (henceforth “signatories”) are partner regions through this treaty.

The Plains of Perdition recognizes the Outback, represented by the Delegate of the Outback, held by Walkabout and his duly-appointed successors. The Plains of Perdition will not recognize any WA Delegacy not held by Walkabout or his chosen successors.

The Outback recognizes the Plains of Perdition, represented by the Primarch as Head of State according to the Covenant of Radiance. The Outback will not recognize any WA Delegacy not held by the Primarch or their chosen successor.

The signatories pledge to maintain embassies on their properties. The signatories further pledge to maintain regular communication on regional happenings and shared items of concern.

The signatories pledge to support the legitimacy and sovereignty of their regions against hostile or malicious forces.

Signatories will provide military support to the other upon reasonable request by the powers recognized in Article I.

Signatories will oppose by military force and political disavowment any attempt to displace the legitimate WA Delegate of either region as recognized in Article I.

If either signatory is seized by a hostile power, the other commits to utilizing their ejection abilities to aid in liberation efforts, including the ejection of sieging forces back into the endangered region.

Signatories will endeavor to maintain the principle of Non-Extradition, not returning ejected nations to their place of origin on request when those nations are of security interest to the other signatory.

Should either signatory become aware of intelligence information relevant to the other’s security, they shall inform the other. For the Outback, the proper party to inform is the Delegate, or the Wardens in their absence. For the Plains of Perdition, the proper party to inform is the Primarch, or the Archonate in their absence.

The signatories agree to encourage and support meaningful cultural exchange between their residents. The signatories agree to fully commit to organizing, promoting, and collaborating on joint cultural events.

The treaty will come into effect once ratified by the relevant authorities of both signatories. It may be amended by the agreement of both signatories.

Should a signatory be concerned that the other party may have reneged on their commitments, they agree to reach out and attempt to resolve the issue through diplomatic means before taking any further action.

A signatory may choose to withdraw from this agreement when deemed to be in their best interests. They must inform the other party through the relevant diplomatic channels of their intent to withdraw in advance, following which the treaty will be considered canceled.
