United Cities: Diplomatic Protocol & Embassy Requirements

Attention foreign dignitaries and regional envoys. The United Cities hereby establishes the following criteria for diplomatic relations and formal ties. We are a community built on security and integrity; our gates open only to those who share our commitment to stability.
I. General Embassy Requirements
To request an embassy with United Cities, your region must meet the following baseline:
Alignment: We only accept embassies from fellow Defenders or neutral regions. Raiders need not apply.
Regional Size: Your region must maintain a population of at least 30+ nations.
II. Requirements for Formal Friendship & Alliances
For regions seeking a "Real Tie" or a deeper treaty of friendship, the standards are elevated to ensure a mutual commitment to the Defender cause:
Defender Heritage: You must be a dedicated Defender region with a proven track record of defending other regions.
WA Presence: You must maintain at least 20+ World Assembly nations.
Active Population: Your region must consist of at least 100+ unique nations (excluding puppets/alts).
