Endorsement caps in Biberland

To protect our region from raids while protecting our commitment to free and fair elections, the following rules have been instated:

1. Normal members may not receive more than two (2) endorsements.
2. Officers may receive up to three (3) endorsements.
3. If a player has reached the cap, they may apply to be allowed to surpass it. If that happens, a primary will be held, with a 60% vote needed and voting restricted to natives.

The endorsement caps will be raised as our region grows. Failure to comply may result in ejection.
