Law of Citizenship

Citizenship is one of the pillars of democracy in THE W0RLD, and therefore regulations regarding its acquisition and loss, as well as the rights it entails, must be in place.

Article 1: Requirements for Citizenship

1- Must have resided in THE W0RLD for 14 days.

2- Declare the nation in WA.

Article 2: Rights of Citizens

1- Right to freedom of speech.

2- Right to freedom of opinion.

3- Right to elect and be elected to public office.

4- Right to live in THE W0RLD and leave the region for up to 1 year without losing citizenship.

5- Right to the presumption of innocence.

6- Right to freely exercise political or any other activity outside the world, including holding political office of any kind.

7- Right to participate in the RP.

8- Right to full protection under the world's constitution.

Article 3: Loss of Citizenship

Citizenship can only be lost in any of the following cases:

1- Leaving the world for more than 1 year.

2- Being convicted of serious disturbances to THE W0RLD, which must be approved by two-thirds of the citizens' votes.

Article 4: Resumption of Citizenship

1- Persons who lose their citizenship may regain it by submitting an application after 7 days of residency in the world, without any further requirements. This does not apply to those convicted of serious disturbances to THE W0RLD.

Article 5: Authority

1- A group of Citizens will be responsible for compiling the list of citizens and enforcing this law.

2- The members of that group are as follows:

Article 6: Miscellaneous Provisions

1- Laws that conflict with this law shall be repealed.
