The alliance operates under the capable founders of Of the Golden Harp and Polish West Slavia, as well as the representatives within the Union Assembly, who together serve as the guiding stewards of our shared vision. Through their leadership, the UECR has established a firm foundation built on cooperation, mutual defense, and principled governance.

As a matter of policy, the UECR is firmly anti-raider. We categorically reject all forms of unprovoked aggression and region destabilization. We will take all necessary and appropriate measures to safeguard the sovereignty, independence, and security of our fellow conservative regions against both internal subversion and external threats.

The UECR’s foremost enemy is the radical left in all its manifestations, especially communism and radical socialism, which have repeatedly brought ruin to nations through authoritarian control, class warfare, and the destruction of national and cultural identity. From the Soviet Union's totalitarian regime to the chaos of Maoist China and the economic collapse of modern Venezuela, history has shown the devastating consequences of unchecked leftist radicalism. The UECR exists to ensure that such ideologies never gain a foothold in our regions or threaten the freedom and sovereignty of conservative nations again.
