Be kind to your region-mates! You will be fine in almost all cases as long as you keep that in mind. Femboy’s meant to be a casual, inclusive, queer community - we can’t do that if we hate each other.

In that vein, everyone’s welcome in Femboy, barring people (like fascists and harassers) who would ultimately seek to bring it down. You don’t have to be a femboy at all - you don’t even have to like them either, necessarily - you just have to respect that they (and other queer people) exist, and not warp them into something they aren’t.

The Femme Prime (Governor) has final say in all matters.

The Femme Prime is the Governor of the region and the chief administrator everywhere else. They appoint officers and modify the region up and down as they like, though preferably in consultation with government officials.

The Femme Prime can appoint, modify, and dismiss officers as they like, including delegating specific powers to an office and running an election for an office if they so choose.

1. The Femme Prime can’t conscript someone into office, though - the person has to choose for themself whether they want to serve.

The Femme Prime will by default also serve as the World Assembly Delegate, but it’s not a required position - they can appoint someone else willing if they like.

The Femme Prime’s authority also extends over the rules - they can rewrite them freely as long as they publish their changes and announce them to everyone.

Femboy’s flag and banner aren’t universally defined, but the femboy pride flag is a good default.

Femboy’s color palette consists of: cf62a9, e4adcd, and 58cef8, as well as plain white and black.
