Awarded automatically to any Democratikan that has been an active and contributing member of the regional community for more than one year. This is a mark of loyalty and does not come with any additional privileges, and is only awarded to the main nation of a nation with multiple puppets. The award still stands even if the recipient has since left the region, though the Council may choose not to grant this award even if an individual has met the criteria should they have committed acts of aggression against the Democratika or any other equivalent heinous acts.

Eligibility for the DLR begins from the date a nation joined the Democratika on NationStates. When this date is unable to be confirmed due to nation movements and refoundings, it shall begin from the date a nation made its first post on the Democratikan Regional Message Board.

The DLR does not entitle the bearer to any postnominals.

New awards of the DLR shall be made based on the date they joined the Democratika on Discord or the-democratika.com.
