Preamble: We the nations of Pax Imperium believe in freedom, equality, and will not discriminate for race or class.Article 1- Citizenship
1. To be a citizen of Pax Imperium, one must first apply to become a citizen.
-To apply, you must apply on the forums
-The application must be accepted by a member of The Secret Council.2. Once a citizen of Pax Imperium, you will have all the rights deserved.
- Freedom of Speech
- Access to forums
- Able to vote
- Able to hold political positions.3. As a citizen, It is your duty to:
- Follow the constitution
- Vote
- Participate in the community
- Help the region grow4. A citizen should believe in Freedom and Equality.
Article 2- Political Positions:
- NO nation may hold 2 positions in any 1 branch
1.Executive:
President- Oversees the region, and makes diplomatic calls. Voted by the people
Delegate- In charge of representing us to the WA. Helps oversee. Voted in by the people
Vice- Helps the president and delegate with their duties. Appointed by President2.Judicial:
Supreme Judge- Leads the court and trials. In charge of security/internal relations. Appointed by Executive Branch
Judge (2) - Helps in trials and helps in internal affairs. Appointed by supreme judge3.Legislative Branch
Parliament Positions
Prime Minister (1) - Oversees the Parliament in all actions that they make. Voted on by the people.
Members of Parliament (5) - Vote in Parliament. Appointed by Prime Minister4. Other
International Ambassador- In charge of forming embassies, external affairs, and recruiting
Article 3- Elections
1. Presidential Election
-Held every 2 months
-Only Citizens may vote
-No puppets may vote
-Voting lasts for 2 days2. Delegate Election
-Held every 2 months
-Voting lasts for 2 days
-Only Citizens may vote
-No puppets may vote3. Prime Minister
-Held every 2 months
-Voting lasts for 3 days
-Only citizens may vote
-No puppets may vote
Article 4- Embassies
1. Finding embassies to form is left to the International Ambassador.
- These embassies must be at least 10 nations in population
- They must not be fascist
- They must be considered active2. We will raid no region that:
-we have an embassy with
-have an embassy or alliance with one of our embassies3. Alliances will be left for the International Ambassador to form, or the Delegate.
- These Alliances must have an embassy with us.
- These Alliances must not be fascist
- These Alliances must be considered active
Article 5- Trials/Court:
1. If a nation is ever suspected or confirmed of spying, or breaking the rules, they will be sent to court.
2. The jury consists of all judges and the supreme judge.
3. Rule breaking and punishments are the following (from most serious to least):
-spying/attempted invading: Permanent Ban
-leaking information to enemy regions: Permanent Ban
-attempting to remove password, or change the password: Temporary ban (decided by jury)
-attempting to change things on the forums without permission from an admin: loss of citizenship
-Discriminating against another member because of their beliefs: loss of citizenship
-flaming (cussing at another member): temporary loss of citizenship (determined by jury)4. Each trial is to determine whether the accused is guilty or not. Voting lasts for 72 hours
Article 6- Political Parties:
1. There is no limit of the number of political party. ONce it gets out of contra, parties will be combined.
-To keep everything under control
-Easier to keep track of everything2. Each Party will have their own board on the forums.
-Each Party must post a set of their beliefs to that board.3. For each presidential election, each party must vote on a representative who will run in that election.
-Then, once each rep is selected, those will be the candidates for the election.
-voting lasts for 2 days4. Other rules are:
-Only citizens may be in a party
-Only citizens may create a party
-All parties must have a creator, and that creator must be on the forums
-Each party must have at least two people in it by the next election, or else it won't be considered a party.
