The Flag and the Seal of Nerwarya

The Rectorate has agreed upon the following:

• The Flag of The Absolute State of Nerwarya consists of a white Seal on a dark background, the Seal’s height being 90% of the Flag’s height.

• The Seal of The Absolute State of Nerwarya consists of two annuli, both having the difference between the radius of the larger circle and the radius of the smaller circle equal to the ⅛ of the seal’s circumference. Their areas are divided to 36 equal segments, either filled (1) or transparent (0), the larger annulus having the pattern: 010001000101010101000101010101000000, and the smaller one: 111001010010011100010010100100010000, going clockwise from the top.
