Political parties in the Empire of Moaab.

The Moabites have the right to form and join political parties in accordance with the provisions of the constitution.
The basic condition for a party is that it be patriotic, meaning:
It does not take funding or support from any state or third party.
Not to have extensions in any other country.
To recognize the borders of Moaab, whereby parties that see Moaab as part of a larger nation are prohibited, and parties that aim to serve or protect other countries or are affiliated with them are prohibited. The goal of the party must be Moaab and Moaab first.
Because secularism is the first of the fundamental and immutable principles of the constitution, it is forbidden to establish political parties on a religious or sectarian basis, and it is strictly forbidden to use religious symbols in political slogans or to advocate for them, and all parties that aim at religious rule and the abolition of secularism are strictly prohibited.
