Climate of Deacarsia

The climate of Deacarsia is remarkably uniform due to the fairly uniform geography of the kingdom, which consists of the broken hills and valleys of the Owenvra Plateau, all of which originally were covered in thick forests.

Deacarsia has a humid continental climate throughout the kingdom (Köppen climate classification Dfa, Trewartha climate classification Dc) with extremes of both heat and cold. There are four distinct seasons, with hot, humid summers, and cold and often-snowy winters.

The warmest month of the year in Deacarsia is July, with a 24-hour average of 73.5 °F (23.1 °C). The coolest month is January, when the 24-hour average is 31.0 °F (−0.6 °C).

Average annual precipitation is 36.4 inches (926 mm) and precipitation is greatest in May while least in October. Snowfall averages 35.4 inches (90 cm) per season. There are an average of fifty-nine clear days and one hundred and three partly cloudy days per year, while two hundred and three
days are cloudy.

Most of Deacarsia lies in the plant hardiness zone 6b, while higher elevated areas lie in zone 6a. Deacarsia lies entirely within the Owenvra Plateau ecoregion, part of the Abalaisic mixed mesophytic forests, which in turn is part of the Albosiac temperate broadleaf and mixed forests biome. It consists most of mixed oak and mixed temperate forests, containing a large variety of wildlife.
