The Provinces of Alaninia

Alaninia has 7 provinces. In the northern part of the country, there is the province of Alanine. The people of this province are disgraced by other provinces, as most of the populace want an amino acid to be the national animal. It is the province where you are least likely to get a life sentence for killing a Squirrel. They also have the second lowest average IQ scores out of any province in Alaninia The capital of the province of Alanine is New Burlington, a small city with the famous lone Alaninian mountain in the backdrop. most photos of the city are taken from a distance, displaying the mountain in the background.

The sixth province is the province of Squirrinia, a province where many people think of Squirrels almost as gods, the complete opposite of Alanine. In the capital city of Squirrington, their are multiple monuments depicting squirrels, and a bestseller book written by a citizen who resides in the province, was dedicated to his favorite squirrel that he liked to go out and feed, who he named Tom. A Squirrington resident also counted the amount of times the word squirrel appeared in the book, and after he found that the word squirrel appears in the book 10,069 times. It is also famous for its iconic bridge that provides a convenient way across lake Alaninia. It has the second best public schools out of the 7 Alaninian provinces, and they have the third highest GDP per capita.

The fifth province of Alaninia is Mobia. It is the least populous province, but is the most environmentally stunning. It is famous for its lush forests where squirrels frolic and flourish, and it's waterfalls that plunge down into sizable ponds, where you can find, if you are lucky, the rare Alaninian Freshwater Dolphin, who feast on the large fish populations of these ponds. They are another protected animal, and killing one can result in a 25,000 Al fine and 10 years in prison. The population of these unusual dolphins have increased from 74 to 101 in the past few years. Most of the population lives in the western part of the province. The eastern part of the province is sparsely populated, but has slightly more tourism than the western side. A lot of the settlements in the western side are a few house, a couple shops, and an eleven story hotel, as many businesses have taken advantage of the tourism from the beautiful nature that entices people to visit. The capital of Almonis is a large town, which has a decent amount of attractions, for a large town. Mobians unfortunately have the worst public schools out of all the 7 provinces.

And the fourth province is Allorena, the most populous of all the provinces in Alaninia. It is famous for the second biggest city in Alaninia, Allington City, which is also the capital of the province. It is a bustling and colorful city, with many attractions such as the Allingtonian Wheel, an observation wheel with breathtaking views of the downtown and uptown. Just do not call it a Ferris wheel, and your stay is sure to be a good one. It is also famous for the only castle left standing in Alaninia. It sits upon a hill and is known only as "The Castle". It is a stunning scene, and many great movies were filmed there. It's easy to get out of the city and enjoy the scenery and hikes. Allorena also has the most churches per capita out of any province.

The third province is the province of Alaninia is South Allorena. It is the second least populated province after Mobia. It's main attraction is it's capital New Allington, the museum capital of Alaninia. It has fine art museums, history museums, even a museum about trees! But the best museum in Alaninia, The Museum of Squirrels, is located in the nation's capital and biggest city, Alaninia City. Otherwise, it's very boring outside of the city, with flat plains covering the majority of the province.

The next province is Allinida. Most of the population lives on the Allinida River, which connects much of the province. The river is very busy, but still maintains a great environment, and it's also it's main source of tourism, a thriving industry in Allinida and all of Alaninia. Outside of the capital and farther away from the river, there are some small rural towns, many of them gems that are receive few tourists but are very interesting and have a lot of culture. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to journey there, as the nearest airports are all just a few miles from the river, and it there is only one narrow two lane road connecting most of the rural towns and hamlets. Additionally, parts of the road are often terribly maintained. Despite the province being landlocked, they still have a decent fishing industry from the river. It's capital, Alikinon, is a hub for IT clusters. It's a mix of old and new. They have the second highest crime rates, but they still have the low crime rate because there is so little crime in Alaninia.

And the final province is the capital province. It is the smallest province in land area as it's just the metro area of the province and country's capital Alaninia City, making it the most densely populated in Alaninia. In the downtown area, filled with old and new skyscrapers, there is the best museum in all of Alaninia, The Museum of Squirrels. It's a bustling downtown. The capital city is thriving. The outskirts of the metro area are mostly just suburbs, with few offices. Despite it's size, it's one of the most interesting provinces with many different things to do.

All 7 provinces have things to offer, so never underestimate them, there is much to be found within.
