In addition to our automated telegrams, I do manually send telegrams as well (this is called recruiting, and more people should do it). Messages sent manually have a higher chance of reaching the person they're sent to, since the API and stamp queues are so overcrowded with regions trying to do automated recruitment.

So it's possible I manually sent that one. I'd have to check the recruiter logs to be sure though. :P

After the chaos that was my weekend, I think I'm finally rested enough to think about nation states again other than issues. I'm going to work on fleshing out my royal family a bit.

What about a diplomatic Summit to try to end hostilities Between you And WARPP. It could be hosted in A Neutral Location. Emperor Theo Narag Wants to ends hostilities to focus his efforts off world.
