Let’s get the obvious one out of the way; it would be extremely hilarious to condemn TCB. Why? Simple. Because Condemning them would irreversibly change their reputation towards a more negative light, effectively screwing them over. That is where the funnies would come from. My fellow sadists agree that messing over other people for the fun of it is very humorous. Especially messing with the reputation of a big region (like TCB) would undoubtedly induce giggles across the globe.
Too Many Commies
I hate commies, you hate commies, we all hate commies. Unfortunately TCB is filled with a lot of them. Nine out of seven researchers agree that the world was better off without communism, that is why it is important that we stop the spread of it; and the only way we can stop communism is by Condemning TCB. Then, and only then, can freedom and democracy be achieved.
They’re Brainwashing Our Children
TCB is inherently left-wing. As such, it means that they are brainwashing our children. Filling their brains with dangerous ideas, such as health care and public education. It gives me the chills just thinking about it. Allowing them to continue on could spell disaster for the future. However, if we Condemn them now then their still may be hope that the next generation won’t be doomed.
They Caused Global Warming
Little known fact, but TCB has an air force. This Air Force is rather large, and contributes towards global carbon emissions. This means that TCB is indirectly directly responsible for global warming. Condemning then is the only repercussion that would be satisfactory.

Let’s face it, I am the most epic nation ever. So when I say you should do something, you should probably do it. I am so cool in fact, that I posted a definitely real gif of definitely me walking away from a definite explosion, definitely not looking back at it. That is how awesome I am. And if you believe I am awesome (voluntarily or otherwise), you’ll support my notion to Condemn The Communist Block.

The discussion to select our next delegate begins now! Discussion will take place on here and on the Discord #governance channel (which all Citizens can access), and our goal is to select our next delegate by consensus (this is not an election) in line with the principles here: https://wintreath.com/forums/index.php?topic=8170
In these areas, please feel free to ask questions of the candidates or discuss the delegacy selection in general! Candidates are encouraged to introduce themselves, discuss their vision for the delegacy, and discuss why they feel they're the best person for the job so that everyone knows where they're coming from (but these are suggestions, not requirements). My hope is that a consensus will form over who our next delegate will be and we can begin the transition soon. :)
Minimum Responsibilities of Delegate These are the absolute minimum responsibilities of the job. Anything the delegate does beyond this is their choice.
1) Maintain the highest number of World Assembly endorsements in the region 2) Vote on World Assembly resolutions 3) Be part of discussions that come up about our World Assembly stance/vote in the community 4) Comply with any directives from the Regional Stability Squad concerning the World Assembly (so far there have been none)
Hello Wintermoot and hello wintreath! I'm The Age of Dystopia, one of the candidates for wintreath's delegate. Although I haven't been in wintreath for as long as some of our older members, I've still been here for a year, so I've been here for a good bit. I have been the most active on wintreath's discord, so those of you who have been frequent faces on the RMB for the past year might not recognize me. As for some of my other nations, I'm also known as The Age of Utopia, and am a native of The South Pacific. I've been on NS for 5 years and I've done a lot of things in my time here. In terms of experience I've been an executive delegate for 3 different medium regions and have served as an RO of The South Pacific, although I resigned partway through the term as I did not feel I was active enough then to maintain the position. I've also served as a defender under the SPSF (South Pacific Special Forces), The South Pacific's military force, so you can trust me to have a good grasp on r/d and its politics. As I've served as a delegate before, I know the mechanics of the WA and am experienced with the powers of the delegacy.
What do I plan to do as Delegate:
- I plan to vote in accordance with the majority of this region so as to use the power of the delegate's vote to empower the will of the region - It's my goal to give voting recommendations and maintain short explanations as to why for those who wish to have an informed vote but do not want to read the proposal and/or dive in deeper and read the forum threads - Maintain my endotarting of the region, so basically continue endorsing everyone in the region - Be available for discussion on or to answer questions about the WA (and other aspects of the game too) - Fulfill the minimum requirements of the delegacy as listed above in Wintermoot's post

Hi, I’m Aport. I’ve been part of Wintreath (on NS) for the past two years. I like to RP and worldbuild with my nation, though I also participate in other activities here, and intend to participate in even more. I will be most active here on the RMB, though I will be on the forums and Discord as well.
In my time on NS I have had numerous nations in numerous regions, so I’ve developed a good idea of the history and politics of this site. I have experience in government, being the founder of OrangeJuice, where we actually have an embassy. I also hope to use this to gain more experience, as I’ve hoped to help as much as I can in this community since I first joined.
I hope not to be the person who votes in the WA with the power of Wintreath, but instead to be the person who votes for Wintreath. Although I do have my own opinions on most resolutions at vote, I want to hear the opinions of Wintreath and vote based on that.
I see this position less as one in the government, and more as a platform to better assist Wintreath. I hope I can help members of our community find their voice in the WA through this position.
Most of all (yet another hope), I want to continue being an active member of this community, and a friend to all of you.
