The Queen or Seco (still thinking of a title for the queen) is temporarily second in command if the Prime is ever out of country and there are small matters to attend to that can be solved without the Prime there and she's also an advisor to Prime. The children has multiple duties such as gaining experience by being Ambassadors, or aiding the Primates in their duties.
