Porustania officially made the Internationale Weltraumorganisation, IWO, or in english, the International Space Organization, ISO.
With it's first members, Mercian Legions
The first project is an International Space Station, where astronauts or cosmonauts of different countries reside on, this shall be as long as 2 buses, have quarters, and basically, an astronaut dorm.
This can cost up to trillions, that's why we would ask joining members that once they joined, they can choose to help or just continue with their rockets.
Porustania also made a proposal for the CSS' General Assembly (if that exists)
The proposal is as followed: Everyone shall be allowed to go to space, as long as they have the manpower and money to do so, exploitation of resources, such as taking almost the whole of that planet or satellite's resources shall not be allowed, and that any inhabitants found on other planets shall be known by the ISO, through the reports of the colonizer of that planet.

We would like the leaders or minister of internal affairs of the ISO members to go to the state capital of Porustania, Astania, to discuss potential plans for the ISO, including the International Space Station that would cost 1 trillion Lvancjes (1.2 Trillion $).
