I hereby call for a poll on formation of a “clerk council” where 3 members that are heavily involved In RP to function as regional RP managers and if someone on the council wants to change the system the need the unanimous support from all members. Please anyone on the regency or Carson needs to put this motion forward for the sake of our great RP.

You cant just change an entire culture of RP that only takes place on the RMB and make yourself RP god by requiring everything go through you through dispatches. Are you gonna enjoy the RP when it's refreshing miseria's dispatch just praying he has the time of day to put in that you bought sandwiches? Personally I'm not

I can assign and dismiss clerks as necessary, multiple if needed. I just thought we could trust in democracy for once

When making an RP post in the RMB, nations will have to start the post with a big fat “RP POST” at the top. Then under that a nation will tag me using the [nation][/nation] command. So for example an RMB RP post would look like this.

It's not Miseria who writes the dispatch, its the one who does the action, who then pings Miseria to check it out. And I mean, sure, do RMB ones, but other regions that do on RMB typically also put emphasis on moving the non-RP to discord, so that they wont clutter the RMB.

Or, if nothing else, do some quality control, one-liners aren't nice in any kind of RP.

To clarify: I dont mean y'all to write an essay-sized thing, but generally, for stuff like conferences, sort em out beforehand by telegrams, and then post a few good posts and say its done.

Now i agree with this idea. Plus, it'll clear up more confusion if a post is for RP or OOC.

Its not miseria who writes them but it is miseria who would compile them, put them in one place, and make them truly cannon. The RMB here isn't used for much besides RP because its not a good method of communication, while discord is. You are arguing for a slower paced more methodical RP while also moving it to a place where communication and writing is much easier encouraging the exact opposite. By moving it to a Discord then it would be faster, less quality, and probably be even harder to look for due to a lack of a reliable quoting system and a one page endless scroll instead of just saying "its on page 1611." By moving it to a forum sure it would be much much slower paced and encourage quality but then the RMB here doesn't have any activity on it because everyone is using Discord to reliably communicate easily and then we dont have any new recruits because no one wants to join the region that looks dead.

All I want is a quality RP taking place here so we can demonstrait to new recruits and other regions that we are a capable toleplaying group that takes it seriously and does it well, because we do do it pretty well for going to war every 30 minutes

We won't need a referendum but im gonna have to set up some infrastructure for it if we are gonna do it
