6000 BC The earliest recorded date of Waroklionian people and culture is 6,000 BC, in which the first Waroklionian city, Kaldrak was formed. It is known that at that time a monarchy ruled over the city, however the name of the king is unknown.
4000 BC In 4,000 BC the city of Kaldrak had created an empire for itself through diplomacy and warfare, having control of at least 12 cities. It is at this time that the Kingfisher began to appear in Waroklionian culture, with many statues and shrines uncovered from this era.
2000 BC The empire of Kaldrak fell apart in 2,000 BC, many historians say that the other cities rebelled and ended up destroying the hegemony of Kaldrak. The people of Kaldrak however would continue to flourish for many years.
200 BC In 200 BC the lands of Kaldrak and it’s surrounding cities was conquered by the nearby Hitosian empire, the city of Kaldrak was raided and pillaged and many inhabitants were forced into slavery. However after this brief period of violence the Hitosians resorted to benevolence and the people of Kaldrak weren’t bothered again.
800 AD The Hitosian empire collapsed in 800 AD, Kaldrak was quick to take a large amount of land from the empire. This is now known as the Waroklionian golden age, many advances were made in the field of science and mathematics. Quality of life in Kaldrak was said to be extremely high.
1400 AD The Kaldrakian empire ended in 1400 AD, devoured by surrounding empires, the people of Kaldrak, now known as Waroklion wouldn’t gain independence until 520 years later in 1920 AD.

As zeneste said you can't, the closest you can get is creating a new nation though and then just... abandoning the old one, which would make you lose all progress and history of your old nation... although your's isn't that old so maybe that doesn't matter to you?
Of course you can also create a new nation without getting rid of your old one.
I wanted to base my nation on the game “Hylics”... so I guess it doesn’t matter if I delete this nation. I already have citizenship but I’ll have to change my nation if I plan to do this
