Jaxon

Beepee walks on to the stage, to a smattering of faint applause.

Good evening ladies and gentlemen and to our viewers at home welcome to Citizen's Spotlight. Tonight, we'll be delving into the mind of one of TSP's most interesting and fun characters, Jaxon.

Ladies and gentlemen, Jaxon.

Jaxon enters to defeaning applause and 'whoots' from the crowd. He waves warmly at the audience, sending them into further delirium, before greeting Beepee.

Before we begin, let me get you a drink.... what would you like?

A root beer float. From A&W, of course. A&W’s root beer is the best but the ice cream just makes it that much best...er.

Excellent choice!

An assistant brings out 2 root beer floats, which both Beepee and Jaxon slurp happily

Now, Jaxon, you're an incredible RPer and RMBer, everyone is interested to know how did you learn about Nationstates? What enticed you to join?

I learned of NationStates from a friend in high school who introduced me to a game where “you can create you own nation” and rule it as it’s leader. I was curious to see how such a game would work, and I found out after the making of this country. That was back in January, 2018.

How long have you been in the South Pacific? Why did you decide to stay?

I’ve been in The South Pacific since this nation was made. I decided to stay because the citizens here were extremely friendly and helpful. Whenever I needed assistance, they would immediately help out however they could and be very friendly while doing so!

I love residing in TSP because of the roleplays and the community. The role plays here are always improvised, without a plot. Now of course this isn’t the only community with that, but TSP’s roleplays are a lot more creative and funnier! And also because the love between Si-topia and The Solar System Scope is just so darn cute.

If you were delegate for a day, what would you do?

That’s a good question. Being Delegate for a day is very different than being a Delegate for a term so I would want to get the most out of it. So of course, that would mean firing everyone in a government position and watching the chaos ensue.

I guess I should start fearing for my job. Beepee laughs nervously. Now, your current descriptor is "Sadistic Serial Killer"... should we be worried?

Well.. everyone who ever said they were worried always went missing that same night and was never heard from again. I wonder why?

Beepee turns pale and pulls at his collar Moving swiftly on. In your opinion, which nation makes the best South Pacific Iced Tea?

Yours, Beepee! Midands is a very close second, though. Sorry Middie!

Well, I'm flattered. We're going to go to a quick word from our sponsors. Then, we'll be right back with more Jaxon.

This episode of Citizen's Spotlight is sponsored by the Southern World Assembly iNitiative... be the SWAN.

Welcome back. We're continuing to chat with the enigmatic maestro, Jaxon. Now to explore the man behind the myth. When you're not NationStates-ing what do you like to do?

When I’m not on NS, I like binge watching TV shows, watching movies, playing video games, and working out. Besides working out, I’m your stereotypical American.

Jaxon flexes and the audience screams and cheers in appreciation!

Now an important question here, cake or pie?

Cake. Why, you ask? Because ice cream cake is better than ice cream pie and until ice cream pie is better, I’m sticking with cake. And also because I want to see the look on Auphelia’s face when she hears that.

Now you've already said you love the movies, but do you have a favourite game?

My favorite game is Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.

A controversial choice!

Yes, it has the most controversial in-game mission in video game history, but it’s also the first game I’ve ever played on a console. I love the storyline, the co-op missions, the multiplayer, and the amazing soundtrack. Although it was released back in 2009, I still play it to this day.

Now, would you rather begin every sentence with "Hey Idiot!" Or end every sentence with "... hahaha I was kidding!"

I would rather say “Hey idiot!” at the start of every sentence. Why? Take this sentence for example: “I’m sorry for your loss”. If you say “Hey idiot, I’m sorry for your loss”, the apology would sort of make up for the “Hey idiot” part. But if you say “I’m sorry for your loss... hahaha I was kidding!”... That’s probably not a good idea.

Hey, idiot! That was a great answer! both chuckle We're almost at the end of our time today, do you have any final words?

I want to thank The South Pacific for being the most funny and loving community there is! Keep it up, TSP!

Truer words have never been spoken, thank you so much Jaxon for your time today. It's been a true honour to have you here. Join us next time for another Citizen Spotlight. Until then, take care of yourself and each other. Goodnight
