Using approval ratings is probably the least effective way to rate a President. And if you think Trump was better, I’d have to question how many presidents you’ve seen come through. Biden fits into the medium rating as presidents go, not horrible, but has room to improve. I’d have preferred a few different ideas, mainly pushing harder at the infrastructure rebuilding, and gone for a higher investment in it, but I’ll give it a C+-B- in that. Trump couldn’t, even after having it explained with crayons and nap time why Tariffs are not a tax on the supplier and why they are bad for business.
